As a past venue manager, I have experience of being on both sides and know how best to work together to ensure a smooth experience for our couples. I most frequently host intimate weddings of 40-100 guests. From a younger generation perspective, I keep up to date on what is trendy and can easily relate to you.

Highly Recommend Lush Event Co!
I cannot recommend Lush Event Co. and Rachel enough!! Our wedding day was flawless! We chose her full-scale planning package and it was so worth it! We had just moved to Pittsburgh when we started planning and knew nothing about which vendors to use or even which venue to pick. Rachel made our lives so much easier by setting up tours of venues and finding us something that matched our vision and met our needs. Throughout the entire planning process, she was always available to answer questions and offer guidance. She kept everything organized on a Google Drive that we had access to and she was always available via email or text. Her knowledge of vendors in the Pittsburgh area was so impressive. Every vendor she recommended received a 5-star review. Any problems that came up with vendors leading up to the wedding were addressed so quickly by Rachel that I didn’t even have time to be stressed about it. I wasn’t worried about the venue, vendors, or the timeline going into my wedding day because I was so confident she knew exactly what we wanted and was so organized. She was on top of everything on the day of the wedding and ensured we had everything we needed and that the day ran so smoothly. If you are looking for an extremely diligent, organized, creative and professional wedding coordinator with a passion for her clients, I strongly encourage you to use Lush Event Co.

I was happy to finally get to work with Rachel and she did not disappoint. Everything at the wedding looks beyond amazing and she was very friendly and quick to help every vendor. Thanks to her help we were able to set up our Photo Booth quickly and easily!

Rachel did not miss a beat from our first planning call to the wedding day and everything in between. She is professional, thorough, responsive, and hard-working. I contracted Lush Event Co. for their Day-of-Coordination package and was blown away with how great the service was. Approximately 60 days prior to the wedding, Rachel took responsibilities of coordinating with other vendors/venue, creating a day-of timeline, assisting with the rehearsal the day before, coordination of deliveries, set-up and tear-down of our decorations, and more! Above all, she was thoughtful and communicated with me along the way. She was also a sweet heart and made sure I was hydrated during the day. :) Rachel brought my vision to life and made my wedding day seamless.
