The in-house catering is a game-changer – no stress about finding a caterer, and the food is fantastic. This venue is a nonprofit, so you can feel good knowing your money is making a difference. For every meal purchased, they donate free meals to the community lunch program the following week. They’ve thought of everything: chinaware, servers, bartenders, and even the option to bring your liquor – saving you a ton of money. And if you need décor or a planner, John has incredible recommendations to make your vision come to life. The indoor decor was simple yet elegant, allowing our personal touches to shine. We felt the prices were competitive for the Charlotte area. Our guests raved about the food all night long! From start to finish, the Hilton staff ensured everything went smoothly so my husband and I could simply relax and enjoy our reception. We danced the night away under the stars - it was an absolutely magical day! I would highly recommend the Hilton University Place for any couple's special occasion.

LUXE marble floor and high ceiling creates a grand and modern look. The huge outdoor covered patio is the most unique in the Charlotte area. Being able to bring your own vendors saves a lot of money on alcohol and gives you control over what you want to do. I think Luxe is the best venue in Charlotte as long as your guest count is under 200.

Not only am I a regular at the Rooftop Restaurant, I also recently booked my Wedding Reception Dinner here and fell in love with Hestia all over again! The staff made my guests and I feel like we were VIP the entire evening. We were able to have a sunset dinner on the rooftop and everyone was in awe! They customized a menu for us and the set up was something out of a magazine. We worked with their on-sight Event Coordinator who handled everything from start to finish and worked great with our budget. 10 out of 10. I would HIGHLY recommend!

Amy was awesome If you ever on getting married go to the This venue Amy is the best she walk ever step of the way with me . The team at Crystal Ballroom Charlotte was a dream to work with from start to finish. Their communication was always prompt, responsive, and accommodating, which put us at ease during the wedding planning process. Our day-of coordinator, Katie, went above and beyond to ensure everything was organized and flowed beautifully. Katie was working weeks in advance to make sure all the details were taken care of. This was tremendous help since we live out of town and did not have a wedding planner. We could not have asked for a better experience, and we are so grateful to the Crystal Ballroom team for making our wedding day truly unforgettable.

When hurricane Helene destroyed our venue in the mountains, she reached out and told me they could make it happen and assured us it would still be beautiful. The venue alone is stunning! She works with the most kind hearted vendors and they stepped in to plan a meal and drinks for our guests. The kind of service and love that they pour into their venue is seen in everything they do. Caitlyn and her team helped with everything from setting up table decor, setting up the food and drink and even held my train as I walked down to the isle. Peep the picture. :) I could only imagine the kinds of weddings that happen at this venue with more time to plan! If you are looking for a full experience wedding that will leave you feeling like you became part of their family this is it! I honestly can't think them enough for how much they came through for us and made a difficult situation the greatest blessing. Pick Legacy at Gregory Downs as your venue and you won't regret it!.

The team delivered our Vision 100%. We had a lot of DIY items stored in labeled boxes and we went over everything and provided a description of what the tables would look like etc and the day off I didn’t have to do anything but focus on being the bride and getting pretty. The energy of everyone on the team was positive and extremely accommodating!! If I didn’t have the answer for where things should go the response was always “don’t worry, we will figure it out!” I would hire them again for my next event! They were also able to provide our photo booth service (last minute bc we decided on it late in the game) and they brought personalized props to fit our theme and personalities. All of my wedding guests complimented them and spoke highly of how organized they were. I made it clear I wanted to start on time (not 1 minute earlier or later) and Demetra did JUST THAT!! I would HIGHLY recommend them! Prior to the wedding day we met at the venue to discuss details and talk through logistics. This made me and my husband feel comfortable and allowed the planners to see everything that needed to be executed. They were running around the entire night so that my bridal party and guests didn’t have to lift a finger and everyone knew where to go and what to do. Thank you again for an amazing experience!!

First, it’s beautiful. We did our ceremony at a Catholic church down the street and had our reception at the Rafters, but my favorite photos are by far the ones we took in front of the St Mark’s chapel- it’s so romantic! As a reception venue, it is very reasonably priced, and has everything you could need. We got ready in the adorable carriage house, and we also did my bridal shoot there a few weeks before the wedding- they turned out beautifully. Also, if you book with their caterer (The Flyin’ Lions), you get a discount AND support a good cause! But that’s not even the best part: their food is AMAZING. I am literally still dreaming about the salmon and mashed potatoes from my wedding day, and so many guests told me how much they loved the food. The taste testing was fun too, they have a ton of options! Also, Allison is the best coordinator EVER. You will love working with her, and every vendor I hired that had worked with her before told me the same thing! She is so personable and really gets to know you, and she will bend over backwards to help you with whatever you need. She is fantastic with communication; her responsiveness and helpfulness alone reduced my wedding planning stress. I also loved the preferred vendor list Allison provided; it made it a lot easier to narrow down our vendor choices! Allison and Debbie (from Flyin’ Lions) made our wedding and all the months leading up to it so special and wonderful; we cannot recommend them enough!

We are nestled in Huntersville just outside of Charlotte, NC. We have several rooms to choose from to accommodate all party sizes. Our Magnolia Ballroom seats up to 225 guests and includes a large covered patio with a casual feel. The patio can be used as a Wedding Ceremony space or a gather space for meetings or other events. The Magnolia Commons is an open event space that will fit up to 60 guests. Our on-site caterer, Savory Moments will provide decadent meals for any occasion. The sister-owned company recently celebrated their 10 year anniversary - saying they know everything about exceptional food would be an understatement!

I really enjoyed working with this venue. Everyone was so nice and very helpful. The food was absolutely delicious. Their kitchen staff helped assist when need. This is one of the most professional wedding venues I’ve ever been to. The land is absolutely beautiful! And the way the sun sets in the evening makes this place a dream come true for so many! There are so many thoughtful touches to this venue such as a common area fire pit, beautifully designed walkways and a pong in the back. This place is exactly what you envision when you think of a good southern ranch for a wedding. HIGHLY recommended Cedar Creek Ranch!!!
