“Sam was hands down the best person to have coordinate my wedding. She was efficient, punctual, trustworthy, and so unconditionally kind. As the DIY bride that I was, it was hard for me to trust others with understanding my vision. Well, I barely had to describe some details to her and she just “got it”! Let me elaborate. Due to timing, my group was unable to decorate the ceremony space day before as planned. It was a huge stressor of mine because no other party members were able to do it for me. When Sam came to run our rehearsal instead of asking me “what do you want me to do?” She asked me, “what is stressing you out”. That question was way easier for me to come up with an answer for than the million possible tasks I could have had her do. I told her how the ceremony space not being decorated before the wedding day terrified me, because I would have to have my groomsmen do it, and not be able to see it before walking down the aisle. Sam calmly responded “I got you”. Somehow she said exactly what I needed to hear. Saturday when she arrived, she decorated the entire space, and not once did I worry about it again. The first time I saw the ceremony space was, in fact, when I walked down the aisle. It took my breath away She, somehow, was able to coral my groomsmen, communicate with vendors when I couldn't, and allow my day to flow smoothly. There was not one request I had that Sam responded with any resistance, a no, or made me think any part of my vision was impossible. She offered solutions and constructive criticism in a professional and loving way. If you know me, I tend to be anxious and strive for perfection. Sam strives for perfection and has such a calm disposition. This is why we were the perfect match. I am also a bridal hair stylist/ makeup artist. So I understand the chaos behind weddings. I loved her from a client perspective, but I also pray I get to work with her as a fellow vendor soon. My other vendors expressed how lovely and organized she was. I could go on forever about how amazing and crucial she was to the success of our wedding. But, unfortunately there is a character limit. So, I will leave you with this. She is wonderful. She is precise. She is sweet. She is worth EVERY PENNY of your investment. You will not regret anything. She was there always adapting, and offering to help, to make sure our wedding day was special. When we had to reduce our guest list by more than half, change our venue, change vendors, she communicated with all our new vendors like she had been working with them all along. Grace is the living definition of calm; honestly you would wonder if she ever gets nervous doing this over and over again. She is the most patient, caring person you would want on your wedding day. The work that she put in to make sure our wedding was unique and full of love despite the chaos the whole world was under was unforgettable. It was hard to settle for a small wedding, but everything was so well coordinated that we really believe that we couldn’t have had a better wedding day. Our ceremony was so thoughtfully created by her that after our wedding was over, so many people asked us if Grace was a close friend. After two years my husband and I still talk about how Grace and her assistant came through for us. She has become a great friend, and one of our favorite person. We would hands down recommend her for your wedding day. We are so lucky and grateful that we chose her for ours.”

We are a mother daughter team who treat you like family. With over 173 weddings under us. Once you book with us we start helping just not day of. Helping develop timelines, reminders of where we need to be in the process. Reviewing contracts. Day of we are there for set up, clean up, deco, keeping deserts filled, tables clear, timeline on track, keeping bridal party hydrated and fed. Keeping vendors on track. Take the stress off of you. Need errands ran that day we have you covered. You always get 2 coordinators on the day of your wedding. We have no time caps. We have expanded and are taking more weddings with our 5 star team of 6.

“Erin and her team at Divine Celebrations were great to work with and we would highly recommend them for the wedding planning experience! We had a big, almost weeklong Indian wedding with multiple events, and Erin was one of the planners we interviewed and ultimately who we decided to work with. We greatly appreciated her insights throughout the planning process, especially as we were planning from another city and not on site. She had so many resources for us, including recommended vendors, planning checklists, and sample schedules. She helped us negotiate and review contracts with venues and vendors. Her team was especially helpful in the time leading up to the wedding and the wedding week. They were professional, organized, and timely. We had a snafu with one vendor, and Erin was extremely efficient in finding another backup at the last minute, kindly paying on our behalf on her own credit card to secure the vendor rather than worrying us in the middle of our event. She and her team kept what would otherwise be a chaotic weekend running smoothly and on schedule and even took the time to keep us well fed as the bride and groom, bringing us food and keeping some in our fridge for after the reception since we barely had time to eat in the midst of talking to our guests. The most pleasant surprise was her team arranging for the leftover cake to be served and the florals to be displayed at our brunch the morning after the reception, so the guests (and us) could enjoy them! Overall a great team and coordinator that helped make our wedding a success!!”
