Wedding Coordinating is a passion of mine. I run a seasonal wedding venue half the year, but love weddings so much, I use my off time to keep up in the wedding industry. We're not just organizers; we’re peace-of-mind providers. With our expertise, couples can let go of the logistics and focus on what truly matters: celebrating their love. Coordinators manage timelines, handle last-minute hiccups, and ensure everything goes according to plan, allowing couples and their families to fully immerse themselves in the joy of the occasion.

Sterling Alchemy was the perfect wedding planning partner for us. Their communication was instant, fun, flexible, friendly, and caring throughout the entire process. The quality of their work was truly spectacular - they were awesome, amazing, and phenomenal in every way. For example, they served us at our buffet so we could enjoy our meal at a normal pace, and they ran our timeline so smoothly that we never felt rushed, even when we had a tight window for sunset photos. Amber made our lives so easy, and we are forever thankful for her incredible service. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding planner! Plus, she made our seating chart! Pictures below.

My wife Kitty and I were a bit overwhelmed planning our wedding, but Amber was a game changer! Their attention to detail and organization took so much stress off our shoulders. On the day of, she ensured everything was perfect; from the ceremony setup to the reception flow. What we loved the most was her ability to anticipate our needs and handle any hiccups without us even knowing. Once we were married, she was there with our signature cocktails before the receiving line started. When we went to take family photos during cocktail hour, she brought us a plate with all our Hor Douerves so we enjoyed the food we paid for. If you want someone who genuinely cares and goes above and beyond, look no further. Amber is simply the best! Better than all the rest (Schitt's Creek reference intended).

I have been in the industry for 15 years planning weddings of every type! My personal favorite was a Tim Burton themed wedding. Creepy yet gorgeous (pictures are on the page).

Yes! I will help plan whatever you need. Showers and rehearsal dinners are included with the full planning package.

That depends entirely on you! I personally love to take meetings at coffee shops or grab lunch, but if you are more an email and text kind of person, I can do that as well!

I do NOT take more than one wedding a day. Our team is small and mighty, but my focus will always be on one couple a day. With us, you get my full attention.

Depends on your wedding. If it's a larger event, I may have up to 3 assistants with me. If it's a straight forward, simple event with under 200 guests, it will be just me.

I plan about 45-50 weddings a year so I have plenty of experience!
