We are a family owned venue that is located within miles of Olympia, WA. Capitol City Barn is a new 4,600 sq. ft. barn that offers an indoor/outdoor experience; a space for the wedding party to prepare; a warming kitchen for caterers; beautiful outdoor patios, gardens and a stone alter, plus many more amenities. Their vision is respected and encouraged- we are just there to make their dreams come true! This also allows for each couple to express their style and allows us to fit in where needed. We allow our clients to chose their journey! We have great vendor recommendations, but do not require they use specific ones. We go the extra mile to fill any voids, help relieve stress and chaos, and take care of our guests, all of our guests!

Welcome to The Pavilion! The Pavilion at Fair Harbor, set against a scenic waterfront backdrop, provides an idyllic location for hosting weddings, receptions, and private get-togethers with loved ones. With the capacity to welcome up to 175 guests, the outdoor space is arranged with tables and chairs on the lush green, offering views of the marina. Jim and Christy Hutchison built their barn 20 years ago with the help of family and friends. Initially meant for their kids' 4H animals, the barn hosted their children's weddings in 2013 and 2015. Enjoying the love and gatherings the barn brought, they decided to share it with others, becoming a county-approved venue in 2015. Surrounded by stunning mountain views, tall cedars, weeping willows, and prairie fields, The Mason Jar offers a 3-day relaxed environment for weddings. The Hutchisons provide ample time for decorating, rehearsing, and celebrating without rushing, keeping pricing affordable with available decor to help reduce costs. Family-run and oriented, they believe in community support and annually donate a wedding to a deserving couple, embodying the heart and soul of The Mason Jar.

Our venue is 35 acres and has everything to choose from--from old growth forest, open fields, orchard picnics, to our romantic cedar bathhouse. We limit how many weddings we do a season to ensure we personalize to your needs. Vashon Island is conveniently located; only a 20min ferry ride from Seattle or Tacoma.

The Gardens was designed to enhance the natural flow of already existing landscapes, from large rocks to the pond, and to preserve the trees that have stood for so long. Views of Mt. Rainier, 100-year-old cedar trees, waterfalls, and stone pathways throughout the Gardens invites guests to explore the beauty of the PNW. In 2008, Rock Creek Gardens hosted its first official wedding and now has thousands of guests from all over the world visit each year.

The Historic Lord Mansion and Coach House, located in Olympia's South Capitol Neighborhood, offers an elegant atmosphere and intimate setting with is beautiful architectural features and grounds, provides a memorable backdrop and setting for your wedding. The versatility of the property allows you to craft a special ceremony and/or reception to meet your desired needs and budget. You can have an indoor ceremony for lovely reception space within the Mansion's main living room and formal dining room. The second floor offers rooms for your party to prepare on your special day. You can also choose to have your ceremony on the front lawn in front of the grand entrance with side doric columns. For smaller weddings or those on a budget, we offer rental of our adjacent Coach House with maple hardwood floors and built in buffet counter. Rentals include setup and take down of our inventory of tables and chairs! Event supply decorations are available to rent!

In 1939 the Works Progress Administration built a timbered A-frame gymnasium of local stone and timbers - the beautiful structure that would later become the Longbranch Clubhouse. When the school district consolidated to a larger site, the Longbranch Improvement Club purchased the land and buildings. In 1956 rest rooms, upgraded kitchen facilities and a wooden floor were added. The Longbranch Clubhouse has held an astonishing variety of activities in its colorful history. High school basketball, wartime bandage rolling, huckleberry festivals, fund-raisers, basket socials, Sunday schools and funerals - along with the popular dances and theater events that formed the foundation of this community's social life for generations.

The heart of Owl and Olive is our historic gambrel barn. Built in 1936, the barn provides a beautiful and unique setting to celebrate your special day with family and friends. The vaulted ceiling spreads overhead reaching nearly 40′ to the inside of the cupolas. Tasteful accent lighting illuminates the rafters while three rustic barn-sized chandeliers and complimentary bistro lights combine to provide a warm glow on the gathering space below during both daytime and evening activities. Bonnie's friends and family always expect a spectacular event every time Bonnie throws a party…Their 2018 wedding is a testimony to that. When not hosting events, they like to travel together (Rome and Paris for their honeymoon), go to events, see movies and play with their dogs . She likes to do crafts, he is a veteran who loves to golf. Together, they make a very easy going couple that really enjoys life and sharing it with others.
