“The venue was way better than expected. It was beautiful and had a place for all your needs. The waterfall is amazing as well as the arbor area. I really could not imagine we would have ever found a place that was so amazing. Everyone that attended our son’s wedding is really still talking about how amazing the wedding was along with the serene setting. I feel like this place is worth every penny spent. If you are looking for a venue you must check them out. It does not disappoint. We got some beautiful pictures and everyone had a fantastic time. They literally had everything you could need. The barn is were after the wedding and dinner everyone hung out. It is a completely magical place. The owners and their family made sure we had everything we needed. The bride and groom sweets were beautifully decorated and a super sweet place for the parties to get ready for the big day. A lot of fun was had that day. Thank you Legacy Farms for making memories like this. You can obviously tell on there side that this is a labor of love. If I need a venue again I will definitely be booking them again. Thanks so much for this beautiful setting for our wedding”

UW Botanic Gardens has two beautiful spaces to offer. The first, located at the Center for Urban Horticulture. The second, located at the Washington Park Arboretum. Both spaces offer ample outdoor space, surrounded by gorgeous gardens. Both spaces are not far from Downtown Seattle and the University of Washington.

“Being in the events industry for over 24 years in the Seattle area, the UW Botanic Gardens was one of the first venues our company worked at and is still the best overall facility we partner with today! The communication and flexibility make the UWBG the most well rounded venue with its indoor and outdoor options, ample parking, supplies available on site and most importantly the kind staff that work there from in the office to the folks who are on site during the events assisting as needed. As a catering company it is refreshing that the UWBG is run by gracious people that have been well trained enough to understand their clients needs as well as what it takes to run an amazing event balancing everything from client & vendor needs, flow of an event, layout... they just get it! They make things easier for everyone, and both corporate and social clients should be very grateful that this centrally located space is available. Robinswood House is a beautiful renovation of an 1895 homestead with log house and cabana set in lush landscape. Our two spacious patios and sunken garden offer a flower filled summer wedding site for up to 225 guests. The warm and cozy furnished house, with added cabana, provides an intimate setting for weddings of approximately 60 people. Fireplaces, wood floors, paned windows, sweeping views of Robinswood Park, dancing under the stars, and privacy are just a few of the details you will find.

“Robinswood House was the perfect venue for our wedding day. Their communication was always efficient and detailed, which we greatly appreciated during the hectic wedding planning process. The venue itself is so unique - a quaint, beautiful property surrounded by lush greenery that made for a magical backdrop. Having our ceremony and reception there truly made our special day feel that much more special. We also want to recognize that as the couple, we had to organize and communicate with all vendors for the day to run smoothly. We were looking for this flexibility and freedom to hire the vendors we wanted. Robinswood House had great recommendations, but at the end of the day communication and execution relied on us and our vendors. “We LOVED Woodinville Lavender and working with Tom, the owner. We planned our WA wedding from Southern California and found Woodinville Lavender about 7 months before what would turn out to be our wedding date. The process started by hopping onto a Zoom call with Tom where he showed us so many pictures and examples of weddings past. He provided dates the venue was available and showed us pictures of his lavender farm from that date in years past to show us the most accurate representation of what we would get on our wedding day. He answered all of our questions with ease and we booked without ever visiting the venue, that's how much we trusted him! We were able to meet up with Tom at the venue in person in February where he walked us through the grounds, showed us our possibilities of where ceremony and reception would take place, and assured me (the born and raised Southern Californian) there was a rain plan and what it would entail. Like most brides, I imagined sun on my summer wedding day, but I walked away from that meeting feeling great about the rain plan if we needed to enact it. Tom was incredibly communicative and accommodating. When we were struggling to find certain vendors and his recommended list was out of our budget, he went out of his way to brainstorm some more vendors he worked with that was within our budget and gave us details on how they were when he worked with them in weddings past. Truly, Tom's lengthy experience in the wedding industry is such a bonus to his beautiful venue. It put us at ease throughout the process and day of that he knew what he was doing and that we could trust him fully (which is priceless when it comes to vendors). We also forgot to grab a sentimental item and reached out to him a few weeks after the wedding to see if we happened to have left it at the venue. He found it and shipped it back to us, no charge, no questions asked. In summary, the venue is incredible, but Tom is the best (:”
