The Beacon - Seaside

The Beacon rents by the day -$1,500 - hours 9 AM to 12 AM. (Exludes New Years Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving & Christmas). This includes 10 - 6 ft rounds, 10 - 5 ft rounds, 150 Chairs, 2 - 8 ft banquet tables, the bar shown in the photos, and the lights that are hanging below the skylight. There are three eye hooks per beam to assist with hanging decor.

First two days are 9 AM to 12 AM, the third day is 9 AM to 1 PM unless otherwise negotiated. No overnight stays on the property. We offer catering with different menu options. Our starting point for catering is $25 per person based on 100 people or $30 per person from 50-99 people. We also offer bar services for an additional cost, and that can include wine, beer, and cocktails. Prices for Bar Services vary.
