Adeline Farms was the perfect venue for our wedding day. From the moment we first reached out, the staff was personalized, sweet, accommodating, and incredibly detailed in their communication. This authentic farm-chic setting was exactly what we were looking for. The staff was amazing from start to finish and made the day seamless and special for everyone. Adeline Farms is a beautiful location close to the Lewis River, and Harold the Oak Tree was a stunning backdrop to our ceremony that also provided much needed shade for our mid-July wedding. We loved the ability to build out our package the way that suited us best, including preferred vendors, flowers, providing our own alcohol with no corkage, and not having to use an outside wedding planner. They did an outstanding job on the floral/overall decorations and made our vision come to life. In addition, we utilized the on-site home for two nights - hosting our rehearsal dinner there and the after party the night of our wedding. We couldn't have asked for a better venue and highly recommend Adeline Farms to any couple looking for a unique and memorable wedding experience.

Where do i even start. As a bride I dreamed of a vineyard Wedding, but had such a hard time finding a place that actually seemed interested in the wedding day than Money. But when I met Muriel everything changed. Her and her team went above and beyond my Pinterest wedding board. They brought it to life and because of her and her team I will always recommend this place. From the tiniest details to the main wedding they took care of everything. And I mean Everything. They say to try to be present during your wedding day because it all happens and flys by so fast, Because of Muriel and her team I was able to do just that! I was so so so present, got to feel all the feels, all the emotions, the atmosphere, I mean I remember it like it was yesterday and that was all thanks to Muriel and her incredible team. The day of the wedding I got to see the place decorated for the first time… I walked in and was so in awe of all the tiniest details and even prettier details than my Pinterest board. If only pictures could do it justice. Adeline Farms I will forever love you more than a vineyard. You all were so incredible and wonderful. 10000/10

Rachel and I are getting married this summer and are so excited for the day to come all because Muriel and Lisa have made this whole process easy, enjoyable and magical every step of the way! There isn't a doubt in our mind that our day will be everything we could have imagined and when the day comes we will certainly be giving another 5 star review I am sure of it! We were wowed by Harold but committed to Muriel and Lisa with their enthusiasm and love they showed us during the process!

Muriel and her partner Jenny put so much love and care into their property and it really shows! When we first stopped by their stall at the Portland Bridal Show back in 2023 we knew instantly we wanted our wedding to be at Adeline Farms. Muriel and Lisa made the entire planning process so easy from start to finish. They really do tailor everything to each individual couple to make a beautiful and special day. Everyone on their team and their preferred vendors are some of the sweetest people I have ever met. They were all so fun to work with and our guests were also complimenting on how professional and perfectly planned/timed everything was during the wedding and that it was the smoothest wedding they have ever attended. Our wedding was everything we wanted and more! Great people, very responsive, and absolute perfectionists which is what I love about them! Highly recommend Adeline Farms!

Yes, you can bring your own alcohol (served by licensed staff). We do not charge a corkage fee.

Your booking is generally for full day use (9am-10pm on Saturday, 9am-9pm on Sunday), including the time it takes our staff to set up and clean up.

You can choose your own vendors or pick from our vendor list. Caterers must be licensed and be on site. *No pot luck or homemade dinners.

That is what we love to do! If our planning services are added, we will either do all of the planning or guide you in the right direction. It is very nuanced and specific to each couple.

Yes! We have three main event spaces on our property: the barn, our east courtyard, and under our 600-year old tree.

Yes! We have indoor options for up to 80 guests. More guests can sit indoors if the dining room is opened early. We can discuss what that would look like. If we can’t hold the ceremony indoors, there is bench seating for up to 60 people at the ceremony site. It might be necessary to rent a tent for the ceremony site if these options are not suitable for your needs.

Yes, there is parking for up to 110 vehicles directly on our property at no additional cost! We work with shuttle services for larger events and we have overflow parking available.

We do! There are several options for lodging on-site: Farmhouse (sleeps 15) 3 Sleeping Cabins (each sleep 2) Festival Style Camping Field that is great for both tents and RVs

Yes. We have a room in the barn available. There is also a second space in the spa that can be rented. If the bride and groom lodge with us, the farmhouse offers plenty of room.

Yes! It can be as casual as a potluck at the Farmhouse or a full set up in the courtyard. There are several customizable options.

There is potential to book any day of the week with some discussion. Our regular wedding days: Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays

The venue security deposit will be retained if the event is canceled. Payments made in the calendar year prior to the wedding become non-refundable each quarter. Rescheduling is encouraged if possible.

Yes, we love dogs at Adeline Farms! All dogs must be on a leash at all times. There are a few restricted areas (such as the barn and farmhouse) but they are welcome in most other areas.

We generally don't hold weddings from mid-October to mid-May.

Yes, an event insurance policy is required.

Yes, our facilities are wheelchair accessible.

Our venue is located 24 miles north of the Portland International Airport (PDX).

There might be several events booked on the same day. This is very unlikely, but possible. We do our best to keep events separated so that each group has privacy. The owners of the venue also live on the property. They give you your space and privacy when lodging at the farm, but you might see them working during your stay.
