I had the absolute pleasure of working with Emily for my bridal shower, and I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day! The theme was “Tea with the Bride to Be,” and Emily brought it to life beautifully. From the charming balloons and arch backdrop to the marquee lights on the lawn there were many places to take cute photos! The games were fun and interactive with beautiful prizes to be won! The make-your-own tea station was such a unique touch and guests were able to make a jar and bring it home to enjoy! The delicious charcuterie board and appetizers were wonderful to enjoy upon arriving followed by the official high tea service featuring homemade tea sandwiches, scones and desserts. Every detailed was thoughtfully planned and executed. Every guest raved about how beautiful everything was, and I couldn’t have been happier with how smoothly the day went. If you’re looking for a coordinator who pays attention to every little detail and makes your vision come to life, Emily is the one! Highly recommend!

In looking back at these moments and the feedback from my past clients and colleagues, it makes me proud to think that "everyone needs a Bradie." Everyone needs that person who will support them, hype them up, keep them on track, and be your advocate. In life, that person is likely your partner.

Bradie is an absolutely incredible wedding coordinator! I had not even hired her yet and she was helping me find vendors (who we also hired). Even our photographer, who had never worked with Bradie before, said she was the best he had ever had the pleasure of working with. Bradie works with you early to make sure you are on track and helps with any questions that come up. As the wedding got closer, Bradie took on communicating and organizing with my other vendors. Any bump in the plan that came up, she was on it to make sure it was resolved. If any detail was stressing me out, Bradie, took it on no problem. She was usually already working on it by the time I asked. The day of coordination was flawless. I didn't really have to think of a thing, I just got to have fun and enjoy the big day. It's 8 million percent worth it to have Bradie as your coordinator.

When my husband and I started our journey to plan our wedding, I knew we were going to need some help. We are non traditional, with very eclectic tastes, and we were going to need someone special to help us pull off all of our insane ideas. I extensively researched over 20 coordinators, had a phones calls with 5 different companies, but ultimately I knew Ashley from Rose Event Co. was going to be the one. From the start she personable, intelligent, and made me feel understood in what our vision was for our special day. Throughout the process she was punctual with all of our appointments, gave helpful suggestions, and made me feel confident leaving my type A personality and needs in her hands. The weekend of the wedding came, and a lot of creative problem solving as well. We rented a private mansion for our event and did the rehearsal the day before. Ashley was there early, having already communicated with my other vendors and the venue to make sure we would be prepared for our big day. What we didn't expect was the kitchen under construction, furniture and decor that had not been moved at our previous requests(but promised), rooms that we had planned for, but could no longer use, and the Venue staff not "remembering" months worth of text and phone call conversations about our needs and expectations, as well as their promises and what they were supposed to deliver. There were other issues, but I digress. Ashley immediately stepped in with ideas and to be the go between with the Venue, and to help troubleshoot the long list of problems that had now come up. The night before was stressful for my Husband and I, not knowing if we were going pull this off, but I knew with Ashley, we were in good hands. The day of she brought her A game, a stunning red dress, and handled business. She was not afraid to get involved and make sure everything we wanted happened. She listened to our needs, knew when to step up or step down, was super flexible in our timeline and made sure to handle any issues that arose during the wedding. Her ability to read a situation and adapt to the issues at hand made her the perfect fit to our crazy ideas. She has incredible creative problem solving and is kind hearted and hard working. If it wasn't for Ashley, we could not have pulled off our day. I would recommend her 10x's over, to any bride that wants an absolute badass by their side. She handles business, and gives confidence to her clients. Thank you Ashley and Rose Event Co. for turning what could have been a disaster into a day dream!

Even with me being in the industry Brooklyn would ask me questions leading up to the big day I didn't even know I had, she made sure I knew when and how to get my marriage license and took care of sending it back to the clerk for us. She handled getting the rings to the correct bridal party members and made sure to grab our vow books before the ceremony so we didn't have to remember them. I literally didn't have to handle a single thing on my wedding day because she was there to handle it all. She made all the difference plus she continued to come and check in in me to see how I was doing throughout the getting ready process and has the calmest nature helping me to feel ready before I walked down the aisle. not only did she handle coordination and officiating the wedding she sprinkled in some extra magic by taking some gorgeous photos throughout the day and sent them to me the morning after the wedding so I would have a little something until my professional photos arrived! I am so utterly grateful to Brooklyn for making the best day of my life utterly perfect. She may be based in Ohio, however, my wedding was in Michigan-she has traveled all over the United States to work weddings and is so worth it, so feel free to inquire about out of state travel. We cannot recommend Jackie enough! Jackie was essential in our wedding planning and coordination. She was extremely responsive, organized and proactive. If you are planning your first (and hopefully last!) wedding, go with Jackie. She has the experience, knows what she is talking about, has a great vendor list, knows what to expect and most importantly is an excellent problem solver. I felt like we were in good hands the entire time. She guided myself and my partner though logistics for the wedding day and then on the wedding day, she was proactive, did an excellent job wrangling our guests and bridal party. When the weather didn't cooperate, she took charge and helped keep things moving smoothly for us and our guests. Jackie also had excellent vendor recommendations, many of which we ended up going well and we are so happy we did. As a gay couple, it was also really important for us to partner with someone that was excited about planning a gay wedding and Jackie was not only enthusiastic but understood our vision and contributed great ideas. I started in the wedding industry when I found bridal world in 2018. Building a career in bridal brought me back to Los Angeles from Seattle, back to family and into a world where I could immerse myself in all things bridal and weddings. I worked my way up as a stylist to the couture level, managing one of the flagship stores in LA and specializing in custom, one of a kind designs as a stylist. I learned more and more about weddings, and one day started day-of coordinating for friends and family. That grew to a passion and led to the birth of Serenity Weddings.

We are so glad we hired Desiree to be our day of coordinator! She made sure everything went smoothly, handled timeline changes, and truly made the entire process to seamless and enjoyable. I can confidently say that our wedding went off without a hitch and we had the best day possible. Desiree even made sure we had hundreds (maybe thousands) of incredble moments captured on my phone at the end of the night. Meshawn and the team at Perfection Unlimited were our Coordination team for our October 2023 wedding. We could not have asked for a better team to coordinate our unique wedding ceremony that was a surprise to our guests. After connecting with PU via Thumbtack back in mid-2023, we spoke with Matthew who immediately understood the importance of our vision. Our wedding was held at the New Parkway Theater in Oakland, Ca. It started off as a friends and family screening of a short film (the Bride was the director, the Groom was a crew member). Then, during the post-film Q&A, we revealed to our guests that we were getting married right then and there in the theater. Not only did PU coordinate a film screening complete with red carpet, step & repeat photos, food, drink, DJ and more, but they helped transition into a full wedding ceremony. Meshawn ran point on everything: rehearsal, procession, recession, cake, etc. Stellar team members, Angel and Rakisha, executed everything flawlessly. Angel acted as the special events coordinator, making sure our tech was on point (sound, picture, graphics, everything!) and she even made a reel for us to post on our socials. PU was up for the challenge of our 2-in-1 surprise wedding/film screening, and they rose to that challenge with much aplomb. For what we asked for, they could've up-charged us greatly. PU made us feel heard and seen throughout the process. We wanted our wedding to be a collaboration between BIPOC businesses and creators celebrating what we can achieve when we work together.
