The day of the wedding, Sarah made sure we ate food, had some time alone as a couple (both very important because you get so sucked up in everything), and she even acted as a part time florist for us by arranging our bud vases the day of the wedding! Her team is truly amazing as well and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Super communicative throughout the entire process, and they helped us stay on track as we approached the wedding weekend. Kat did a phenomenal job of helping guide us through the details of the schedule and the wedding with compassion and patience. One thing we also really appreciated was how they managed the timeline day of, and kept us apprised of key events as they were coming up (cake cutting, how much time left for dancing, and so on). I cannot recommend Lush Event Co. and Rachel enough!! Our wedding day was flawless! We chose her full-scale planning package and it was so worth it! We had just moved to Pittsburgh when we started planning and knew nothing about which vendors to use or even which venue to pick. Rachel made our lives so much easier by setting up tours of venues and finding us something that matched our vision and met our needs. Throughout the entire planning process, she was always available to answer questions and offer guidance. She kept everything organized on a Google Drive that we had access to and she was always available via email or text. Her knowledge of vendors in the Pittsburgh area was so impressive. Every vendor she recommended received a 5-star review. Any problems that came up with vendors leading up to the wedding were addressed so quickly by Rachel that I didn’t even have time to be stressed about it. I wasn’t worried about the venue, vendors, or the timeline going into my wedding day because I was so confident she knew exactly what we wanted and was so organized. She was on top of everything on the day of the wedding and ensured we had everything we needed and that the day ran so smoothly. Penderview Events truly went above and beyond to make our day PERFECT. As a DIY and meticulous bride, we knew Anna was the one we would entrust with our vision the moment we had our phone consultation; she was so incredibly sweet and enthusiastic about our big day, and I immediately felt a sense of ease that she will be able to handle all the shenanigans and i can pass her the torch with ease. Although she was hired for "day of", she assisted us in any way possible months leading to and made sure we were on top of all the important tasks leading up to the day of (i.e. vendors contact info, finalizing timeline for the morning/day of, etc.). My big day unfortunately started off disastrous (I became car sick), so I was unable to give guidance with the decor during set up. But since one of the tasks Anna asked me weeks prior was for a list with all the decor and how/where I wanted them placed, Penderview legit made my vision come true!!!!!!!! Penderview was so attentive, that they were even able to place some items which I gave no instructions for (i.e. last minute decided that we wanted wedding party to sit during the ceremony, so I made name placement cards for the reserved chairs, and without mentioning it, they were placed on the chairs in processional order). Penderview was able to execute every event and details on the timeline FLAWLESSLY, and I was able to enjoy the event with ease knowing that everything was in such capable hands. We felt and saw how invested Penderview was throughout the day in making it perfect for us, especially the attention to details and handling all the logistics smoothly behind-the-scenes. I also really appreciated Anna’s assertiveness when hiccups would arise (ie, making sure guests wouldnt be walking in while were ready down the aisle/stay out of view, wedding party prioritized drinking and forgot to come back for portraits; flower girls kept running infront of camera during portraits, and so many other headaches i did not want to deal with, etc.) Not only was Anna able to accomplish and execute my vision beyond expectations, but she was also my emotional support and my right-hand lady, making sure I was always hydrated. Anna’s empathetic and kind demeanor made her feel more like a close friend than just a ‘day of coordinator’. Hiring Penderview was the best investment we made. Thank you so much for making our day magical and we will forever be grateful to Penderview!!!

Amaka and her team took over like we wanted and literally covered everything. The best part was how they helped us save tons of money on our wedding. Don't be hesitant in booking. Book them with confidence and I promise you will not be disappointed. Everything about your wedding will scream luxury and will be well organized. The price you pay is well worth it Somehow they found a way to even get my husband involved in the planning process because Amaka made it a fun process. She also gave us a planning book to help keep track and our own personalized google sheet that literally had everything including our guest list and how everyone would be seated. Amaka was always available when needed and if she wasn't, she delegated someone else. My husband and I loved attending vendor visits with her and she would always offer to treat us to lunch/dinner whenever we had appts. They went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure the wedding was blissful. I recommended her to a friend who has a destination wedding next year and they are already in love. A planning company that knows what they're doing, very honest with you rather than telling you what you want to hear and extremely resourceful. We also got to save on decor because they provided rentals since we booked the full service planning and Amaka with giving us tips on how to save on decor. We wanted them to actually do the decor :-( but they couldn't at that time and was honest about it. However, I am excited about ariscreationz doing the decor for my friend's wedding.

We would virtually meet on Zoom once a month, but her secret weapon is a web portal that has everything you need to reference from customized timelines, budgeting, photo boards, vendors/contact info, & so much more! It also makes it very convenient to communicate through there. Instead of many emails or text chains about allllll the topics that will arise, you can post thoughts, questions, pictures, links, documents, & more. It will notify Veronica by email that you put something in Aisle Planner & she can read/respond & will get back to you within 24hrs. So although I did the 'virtual' package I never felt like I was alone or like Veronica wasn't there to help (she even video chatted with me at the final venue walkthrough 30 days before the wedding!) Even if you think you don't need help or it's not worth it, I promise that when your mental sanity is dwindling, especially towards the end with everything going on, you will be SOO happy you chose Veronica for either in-person or virtual wedding planning!

I got engaged on January 30th, 2024, and was married just a few short months later on May 18th, 2024. As a first-time bride trying to plan a wedding in such a condensed time frame, I was incredibly nervous, especially since I was trying to keep costs down. After securing my vendors and working on my timeline, it quickly became clear that there was no way I could enjoy my wedding day while worrying about coordinating every little detail myself. The sheer number of moving parts and tiny details was overwhelming. Enter Lauren and Kelsey. I had seen their work before as they were the coordinators for a friend’s wedding where I was a bridesmaid, and they did such an amazing job that I knew they were the perfect choice for my own wedding. Even though my venue provided a day-of coordinator, I realized that she (also so amazing at what she does) would be too focused on venue-specific duties like managing food and the bar to handle the full execution of my timeline, coordinate with outside vendors, or deal with the unexpected hiccups that inevitably arise. And those hiccups did arise. My bustle ripped, and Lauren literally crawled under my dress to fix it. We forgot to pick up the wedding cake, but they had it sorted. It even rained, and they navigated the situation flawlessly, all while managing family dynamics and calming me during moments when I felt completely overwhelmed. Your wedding day flies by, and before you know it, it's over. I am so thankful that I got to be present, enjoy every moment, and soak in the day without a single worry—thanks to Lauren and Kelsey. In just one month, they picked up every little piece of my 1,000-piece wedding puzzle and put it together seamlessly. Everything we envisioned, they made it a reality. Words really can’t describe how much value they provided. If you want to actually enjoy your wedding day, hire Lauren and Kelsey. They are simply the best. P.S. They even went the extra mile by bringing all the decorations, leftover food, gifts, and more back to our house, allowing us to head straight to our after-party without a worry. The picture below is one we got from them at home with our pups, whom they kindly took out for a potty break after the wedding. I seriously love these girls!

You're going to spend a lot of time with your wedding planner / coordinator, so it's important that they're a good person and you like them! Well Diane is a gem of a human being, and I really do feel like I made a forever friend in her. Throughout the planning process and on the day, there were times when I just needed emotional support, and she was there for me. Her communication is prompt, consistent, and thorough. She got back to me on every email in a timely manner with all the answers I needed. I didn't realize at the time but strong communication was probably the MOST important aspect that made working with vendors 1000x better, and Diane excelled at it. Additionally, in the lead up to my wedding day and on the day itself, Diane was on top of EVERY detail. She went above and beyond to make sure that everything was PERFECT - just as I always dreamed it would be. From helping me iron my wedding dress while my bridesmaids and I were getting our makeup done to overseeing every vendor arrival and setup to making sure transitions from each part of the day were smooth - she did it all. No detail was too small for her, and because she's a total professional, she thought of everything! I cannot say enough good things about Diane, her abilities as a planner, and her warmth as a person. She will be the best decision that you make for your wedding, too.
