Emmerich Tree Farm is a working Christmas Tree Farm catering to the 'Choose-and-Cut' market in Warwick, NY, just 50 miles NW of the George Washington Bridge. Our property has been in the family since 1960, and the trees were planted in 2007. Our pavilion is 30 by 40 and was built in the summer of 2011 using beams harvested from the property. There are rustic accents added throughout, which help make the space unique. Articulating glass windows & doors on the South & East walls allow us to control temperature shifts, creating a unique indoor/outdoor space. Adjacent to the pavilion is a tented patio which is 60' x 30'. The tent is provided by our venue, includes hanging string lights, and has sides available upon request. The space allows room to seat up to 180 people using rectangular tables and up to 130 people using 5' round tables. We also have a Bridal tent built with rustic cedar trim. The tent is furnished with seating, full-length mirror and power.

Our mid-19th century farmhouse, cottage, and event barn have been revitalized with design insights from renowned architect Peter Bohlin and the meticulous skill of Pennsylvania Amish craftsmen to create a truly unique gathering place. Guests enjoy total solitude on the secluded 193 acres, yet the farm is only 10 minutes away from Interstate 84, historic Milford, PA, and Port Jervis, NY, with easy access from New York City via train, bus, or car. We specialize in long-format weddings, where one couple has exclusive venue access for a full weekend and can have their rehearsal dinner, brunch, or other side events at no additional charge. Overnight lodging for up to 16 guests and professional month-of coordination are included in every package!

The Box House Hotel has a unique venue space located on the rooftop. Their rooftop event space has a retractable roof awning to give you a flexible indoor and outdoor space. The rooftop space features a large marble bar, wood floors, a retractable rooftop awning, insulated glass sliding doors, four bathrooms, and stunning views of NYC that are unobstructed. The rooftop can accommodate 293 guests.
