We hired Chrissy, as our Day of Coordinator, and overall, the experience was positive. She was incredibly nice and helpful, especially when it came to managing last-minute details. Chrissy stepped in seamlessly to take over everything I spent a year planning and handling unexpected changes, ensuring that everything ran smoothly. However, one area of improvement would be the level of attention to some of our must-have moments. We would highly suggest requesting a second announcement for the cake cutting, as there was so much cake left over from a 4-tier cake and guests wanted to take some with them. Additionally, we felt that we didn’t get as much exposure or focus as we had hoped compared to other couples, other than a picture of the blank balcony, but Chrissy was still able to help. Despite these minor issues, Chrissy was professional, attentive, spunky, and genuinely committed to making our day special. We appreciate the effort and dedication put into the day of coordinating our wedding, especially since it was in the Panhandle.

She is beyond wise for her years and knows everything a bride could ask in hand already. Even with me being in the industry Brooklyn would ask me questions leading up to the big day I didn't even know I had, she made sure I knew when and how to get my marriage license and took care of sending it back to the clerk for us. She handled getting the rings to the correct bridal party members and made sure to grab our vow books before the ceremony so we didn't have to remember them. I literally didn't have to handle a single thing on my wedding day because she was there to handle it all. She made all the difference plus she continued to come and check in in me to see how I was doing throughout the getting ready process and has the calmest nature helping me to feel ready before I walked down the aisle. not only did she handle coordination and officiating the wedding she sprinkled in some extra magic by taking some gorgeous photos throughout the day and sent them to me the morning after the wedding so I would have a little something until my professional photos arrived! I am so utterly grateful to Brooklyn for making the best day of my life utterly perfect. She may be based in Ohio, however, my wedding was in Michigan-she has traveled all over the United States to work weddings and is so worth it, so feel free to inquire about out of state travel. Words do not begin to describe how incredible working with Brooke has been. We were originally having our wedding in St. Pete before finding out that our venue had cancelled less than 90 days before our date due to damages from the Hurricane. Brooke overextended herself and found multiple venues that were available for the same date knowing that was important to us. By the end of the week, she had set up multiple interviews which she attended and helped us secure our new venue at the Tampa EDITION which we ended up loving more than our original venue. Brooke was dependable and available whenever we had a question and kept open lines of communication. She is innovative and her organizational skills/attention to detail goes unmatched. She originally helped us plan a fun beach wedding and in less than three months pivoted to help us plan a formal affair. On our wedding day, Brooke and Ada did an amazing job with setting up the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception spaces; we were in shock by how perfectly they enacted the vision we had in our heads for our wedding. During the wedding, they kept the timeline of events going and kept the vibes high while we were busying having an absolute blast with our friends and family. The audio guest book supplied by Brooke is an absolute must. Listening to everyone's messages a week after the wedding brought us so much joy and laughter; just imagine more chaotic messages as the drinks flow and the night progresses. We decided to include the photo booth last minute and am so happy we did as it was a complete hit with all of our guests throughout the entire night. I'm a new vendor to Zola however I've been planning weddings and events for the past 15 years! It all began when I sharpened my skills in floral arranging, event planning, and luxury hospitality while working at a private estate. During this time, I also opened my wedding planning business which led me to coordinating the majority of my weddings in San Francisco and Napa. Fast forward to 2025 and I've moved across the country from Northern California to Ponte Vedra, Florida and I'm loving the laid back beach lifestyle with my husband and kids! I look forward to assisting new couples with their dream wedding!

About a month and a half before our wedding, we decided to hire Katelyn to be our wedding coordinator. We really needed someone to step in and tie everything together and she was the right person for the job. She dove in head first and took charge! With such short notice and limited time, Katelyn was able to help us finalize our wedding plans. She helped us make final decisions on different aspects of the entire wedding, while coming up with ideas and choices we hadn’t even thought of. Not only did Katelyn ensure that our wedding timeline flowed smoothly, she did all of the flower arrangements, set us up with a DJ, and created the layout for the wedding and reception. She saved the day for me when the bouquets I had ordered turned out horrible. With the extra flowers she had leftover, she was able to create new bouquets that turned out beautiful. Katelyn is a true visionary. She is very ambitious, energetic, artistic, creative, and she provides professional customer service. Katelyn didn’t just treat us like “another client”, but as friends. She truly cared about us and our wedding, wanting to make it a very memorable experience. Anyone who has planned a wedding, or big event for that matter, knows the stress that comes along with it. Katelyn was able to take a majority of that stress off our plates and let us enjoy our big day. For that, we are truly grateful.

So I usually don’t write reviews but I had to for this because my experience very easy and pleasant. I wasn’t left to plan my own wedding. The wedding planners here were very attentive and they basically helped me plan my wedding. Think of it like we planned my wedding together. The price was perfect too cause wedding planners are expensive. They even hooked me up with transportation and flowers for my wedding. Prestige Planning Co. was really great and I would recommend them to anyone.
