He used his award winning Cannoli cream and incorporated it into a donut and decided it was a good idea to add all of these amazing flavors! From Nutella to Bacon, you name it and he's done it! SnoScoops came out of a need for a refreshing yet delish dessert that met my dietary needs. In 2024, I went on the Paleo diet as part of the 75 Hard, and found it difficult to find a dessert that was sugar free, dairy free and oat free so I made my own.
