James was such a great videographer for our romantic winter wedding - I would definitely recommend anyone to use him for their wedding, as well!! We found him through an FB group rec - and I liked his vintage/editorial video style. He was super calm and professional the day of, which was definitely appreciated/needed at such an emotional day, and I could tell that him and his video associate that day were making sure to capture a lot of the little details. So far, we have received our 1 min social reel and it definitely exceeded our expectations - the different clips and vintage vibes he managed to capture were amazing and represented the memory of our day so well!! We are so excited to see all of the longer videos too, I know they will be great!!

James was listed as a ‘preferred’ vendor for our photographer (Ben Lau – also exceptional), and we are SO glad he was! He is super kind, organized, and professional – patiently answered all our questions, promptly followed up after meetings, and gave us ample time to fill out our timeline/select music choices. Day-of, James and his second shooter Pon worked incredibly well with our photographer (they traded off directing shots) and never felt invasive. A week after our wedding, he posted an IG 45-sec reel that was the perfect keepsake (possibly my absolute favorite thing!) to quickly show friends/family eagerly waiting to see footage – with all of the key moments to our first dance song, tagged our vendors (without even asking us to gather handles!), and in a modern yet old-school classic style that goes so well with our vibe/venue!! We went with the Modern Film package full video edit and were very happy with the quality and cuts – our family loved watching it!

We found James his team through our friend and I am so glad we booked them! I loved James' style and his video package options, so going with him felt like a no brainer. But, his communication style and the care that went into our day made it 10x better. My sister is autistic and it was really important to me that our videographer was comfortable working with handicapped people. James put my mind at ease and Tar and Dylan were wonderful on the day of with my sister. Our preview video was a wonderful taste and I can't wait to get the full film back, but trust me, you can't go wrong with James!!

James was the perfect videographer for our wedding. We really enjoyed his editing style and the final product exceeded our expectations in every way! He was with us throughout the entire evening, capturing all the beautiful moments that we will forever hold dear. James was friendly, communicative and collaborative throughout the planning process. He made sure to capture all the shots that we asked for and cracked jokes for those natural laughs, exactly the type of person you want as a vendor during such an important event. If you book James for your wedding, you definitely won’t regret it!
