With unrivaled SoHo views, the NoMo Panoramic Penthouse Residence offers you the highest view in the neighborhood. This newly designed, 1,100-square-foot signature room is an airy, luxurious, and inviting blend of style and aesthetic — available for an exclusive SoHo experience. The open-air terrace space features two separate patios with two distinctly different views. The 250-square-foot north patio offers sights of the Hudson River and Midtown, while the 750-square-foot south patio boasts views of the Brooklyn Bridge and the Financial District – including One World Trade Center (also known as “Freedom Tower”).
