Hi, my name is Michelle. I am an educator with a love for weddings and events. If I can handle a classroom of 24 second graders imaging what I can do for you on your wedding day. Handled by Hamlin Events is for a couple who is fun, energetic, carefree, and wants to live their best "married" life.

The thing about me is, I am always looking for that silver lining in every situation. I will also make you smile and laugh as much as possible. My vibe is to joke and be silly, but also keep to your schedule and timeline. Couples would probably call me the energizer bunny.

Description

I offer day-of planning services. This means I will start the process of assisting in planning your day about 6-8 weeks before your wedding day. This will include looking over your vendor contracts, creating and finalizing timelines for your day. I will be your point of contact for your vendors and any questions that your guests might have. Most importantly I will be your third wheel. Anything you need I’ll be there for you.

    OH MY GOSH- where do we even begin?!?! Saying that Michelle is a lifesaver or an angel does not even do it justice. She is 100000x more than that. Think about the world's friendliest, understanding, most organized, caring and kindest person- to us, that is Michelle. Michelle was our "day of coordinator" for our wedding; however, from the second we met her, we felt like we knew her for forever. And she helped with so much more than just the "day of" things. I'm telling you- she is an ANGEL. Michelle was so attentive and responsive leading up to the wedding, had the greatest day of timeline that helped me feel so at ease knowing everything was going to go smoothly the day of our wedding (which it did), knew the answers to pretty much every single question my husband and I asked her, and had the best recommendations for vendors (we ended up going with a few that she recommended and they were INCREDIBLE). Michelle also had an assistant who was JUST AS GREAT! Diana helped out at our Thursday rehearsal before our Saturday wedding (no additional cost like I've seen with other companies/coordinators) and made sure everything my husband and I pictured/wanted to happen at the ceremony happened. Oh and Michelle visited the venue on Friday with my dad/brother/husband as they dropped some things off to the venue- I'm telling you this woman is on top of everything!!! We never once had a doubt that our day was going to be perfect when we hired her. And, to no one's surprise, our wedding day was perfect. And we owe it big time to Michelle. I am super Type A but was able to let go of that on our big day because Michelle kept everything stress-free, fun, and perfect. She helped with any and all of my needs (she had perfume on back up and of course I forgot mine so like wow thank you, she helped gather things for our flat lays, helped me with my dress/fashion tape as we realized the pads were peeking out, had spray for our feet throughout the day because heels are tough!, helped carry everything onto our party bus as my bridesmaids and I took photos, followed by preparing everything for our church ceremony, helping manage my long skirt and veil, helping all our family members, then making sure everything was perfect for our cocktail hour and bringing us aside to have 10 minutes of looking at our venue set up before the curtains opened... the list truly goes on and on). At the end of the night, she packed everything up and said goodbye (after she danced with us once she was off the clock- A MUST!) and left the sweetest note with details on what had been prepared/packed, and more. Now for the past few days after the wedding, she has been the sweetest ever (as well as her assistant) sending the CUTEST "behind the scenes" photos and videos they both took. My husband and I are truly going to miss Michelle. She is not someone you forget and I don't know what we would have done without her on our wedding day. A true life saver. The sweetest, most open, attentive person. Our family and friends fell in love with her and we 10000% know Michelle will be in our lives forever after this day! Handled by Hamlin Events is EVERYTHING! You will regret absolutely nothing if you choose Michelle to be your coordinator. THANK YOU MICHELLE! WE LOVE YOU!

    It’s hard to put into words how INCREDIBLE Michelle Hamlin is - she goes above and beyond for her clients and brings an energy to their wedding that truly can’t be matched. Michelle handled every aspect of the wedding day with such grace, kindness and professionalism - and knows how to get things DONE!!! Truly she was such a pivotal part to the success of our wedding day and I CANNOT recommend her enough!!! You won’t regret booking her!!

    This box doesn’t have a high enough character limit for me to describe just how wonderful Michelle is! She’s such a good listener and checked in with us regularly leading up to the wedding and kept everything so organized and on track with all of our vendors. She helped me so much when I hit a snag during the planning process and day-of and I cannot thank her enough. Not to mention Diana who was with us on the wedding day as well - she was key to keeping my dad’s pre-speech nerves down and that meant the world to me. I cannot thank them enough - don’t second-guess, just book Michelle!

    I worked with Michelle Hamlin for a mutual client. We connected many times during the event and I could see her care and concern for the various things that can come up out of nowhere. She was sincere and I saw her going out of her way to do make sure this event was a success and that her client was happy. Michelle was looking out for everything, I was impressed by that. She wanted thier vision to come to life and tirelessly made things happen for a successful event. Even before the event, she communicated with us and shared details for a successful event. Michelle is truly unique - someone who is so attentive to her clients while maintaining a pleasurable working experience with vendors. You won't be sorry hiring her!
