I've always been the wedding and events go-to person for my family and friends. In 2004 I decided to marry my love and skill for flawless event execution. That is how Events by Sheavonne was born. My clients appreciate my impeccable style, attention to detail, and tireless work ethic. I have the best team any planner could dream of. Together, we go above and beyond to make sure our couples have the wedding planning experience of their dreams, no matter what!

My journey as a wedding planner has allowed me to cross paths with the most amazing couples. I enjoy hearing their love stories and learning their vision for the wedding day celebration. I've curated a network of the best vendors and worked at some of the most unique venues. The ultimate goal of Events by Sheavonne is to make our couples enjoy an event filled with love, laughter, and support.

Working with Sheavonne and the Events by Sheavonne team was the best decision we made for our wedding. From the start, Sheavonne's communication was prompt, helpful, and direct, which was exactly what we needed during the planning process. Her team's organizational skills were top-notch, creating a detailed timeline and seamlessly liaising with all our vendors in the month leading up to the big day. This allowed us to truly be present and enjoy our wedding, without worrying about any logistics. Sheavonne's vendor recommendations were also spot-on, helping us find the perfect fit for our vision and budget. We cannot recommend Events by Sheavonne enough – they made our special day possible and unforgettable.

Sheavonne was our rock on our March wedding day! We hired her as our day-of wedding coordinator, and she was exceptionally responsive to emails throughout the entire planning process, answering all my questions promptly. Even with heavy rain, she kept me calm and handled every issue smoothly. Sheavonne’s calming presence and problem-solving skills were priceless. She made our terrace wedding possible despite a leaky roof from the rain. Her assistants were also fantastic and discreet, making sure everything flowed perfectly. I can’t praise Sheavonne and her team enough for anyone needing an excellent and supportive wedding coordinator!

When people ask us what we learned from planning a wedding, one of our biggest recommendations is hiring a coordinator. We would recommend not just any coordinator, but Sheavonne and her team at Events by Sheavonne. We hired Sheavonne as our day-of coordinator as she was a recommended vendor for our venue. However, we have the utmost confidence that Sheavonne and her team could coordinate any event, anywhere. We were incredibly impressed with the level of organization that Sheavonne brought to our event. She asked questions that we haven't even thought of, and ensured that every piece of decor for our wedding was accounted for. On the day of our wedding, we hardly had to do anything but enjoy ourselves and the company of our guests. Sheavonne and her assistants worked tirelessly and efficiently with our team of vendors. We especially appreciated that Sheavonne designated time for a private moment for ourselves immediately after our ceremony. We did not think of including this in our timeline and in retrospect, it was so nice to have this moment in our day. Thank you, Sheavonne and Events by Sheavonne, for your professionalism, attention to detail, and positive energy you brought from the day we met you to the end of our wedding. We know that the day wouldn't have been as successful and stress-free without you all!

My partner and I booked Sheavonne as our day-of coordinator, and let me tell you -- easily one of the BEST investments we made for our whole wedding. Sheavonne and her team helped us get organized, created a very thoughtful timeline (which was easily adjusted when I ended up running behind), provided tons of useful guidance and advice in the weeks leading up to the wedding, and had the whole event running like clockwork. We didn't have to worry about a thing the whole day; we knew Sheavonne was on it. Extra kudos to her team for helping to make our decor look beautiful, as well! We just gave her a vague idea of how we wanted our tables to look and she did an amazing job setting it all up. So tl;dr: We highly, highly recommend Sheavonne. She takes so much of the stress out of wedding planning!
