Q: Do you travel?

Of course! We love to travel! We do charge extra for the time depending on the location and you’ll need to cover transportation and accommodation for all band members. Ask your producer for a quote based on the specifics of your event. PS–if it’s within a couple hours, that’s included within our basic package at no added charge.

Absolutely! We’re an all-inclusive band with a broad musical repertoire. Want classical music for your ceremony, a jazz set for your cocktail hour, and dance party reception? You’ve got it. Speak to your producer for more specific details and requests.

Q: What style of music do you play?

We play a wide variety of music. From Top 40, to classics, to classical and jazz. You can get an idea of the musical styles you can choose from on our media page.

Q: Can I choose the music?

We have a solid repertoire of songs that will please all of your guests from your 6-year old niece to your grandfather. It’s always important to have some freedom to read the room on the night; but our number one priority is pleasing YOU. Just let us know what you want to hear, and, if it’s not already in our repertoire, we’ll work with you to make your night perfect.

Q: Will you learn a new song for us?

Of course! Just make sure you give us enough notice of your special request so the band has time to learn your song.

Q: How long does the band play for?

The band can absolutely play during dinner, but we’d recommend using your sets when your guests are ready to stand up and get dancing. Our typical event reception includes 4 x 50-minute sets with short DJ sets between the band sets. If you would like a dinner set, please let us know ahead of time as we defer to playing after-dinner sets unless otherwise instructed.

BEST BAND EVER!!!! The whole experience was INCREDIBLE, not only was Trevor amazing to work with but also all my guests couldn’t stop raving about how amazing the band was. I’d book them every single time and have already sent their info to friends with weddings coming up. We got married at Saltwater Farm Vineyard with the ceremony and reception all in one place. Silver Arrow band did our ceremony sound, cocktail hour music, and reception and it all went PERFECTLY. For the ceremony, they played a Spotify playlist for our guests as they were seated for the 30 minutes before the ceremony, perfectly played the processional and recessional music (shout out Bridgeton for making quartet versions of Taylor Swift songs), and had the microphone and speaker set up for the ceremony. For the cocktail hour, I kept imagining a saxophone player (for no apparent reason) and Trevor let me know it’s usually just a keyboardist who plays during this time, which was absolutely fine, but they ended up adding a saxophone and keyboardist to make my vision come to life. We also had an MC who helped narrate the night. But I cannot highlight enough about how amazing the band was. My best friend who is a big fan of Broadway was in awe of the vocalists and my family literally started dancing on the tables because they were having so much fun listening to the band. It was a perfect blend of old school favorites and new songs. I strongly believe a band makes or breaks a wedding and Silver Arrow Band can absolutely make your wedding everything you want it to be and more. Not to mention they are the BEST price around for a 9 piece band and they deliver. Do not hesistate, you’re in great hands! Book them now! We also used their videography services and when you use both you get a discount, TOTALLY WORTH IT!

Working with the Silver Arrow Band was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Their communication throughout the planning process was always timely, professional, and detail-oriented, which helped us feel completely prepared and confident leading up to the big day. On the wedding day, the band's performance was truly exceptional - they were fun, energetic, and completely on top of their game. They were incredibly flexible, adjusting the timeline as our reception progressed to help everything flow seamlessly. The dance floor was packed all night as they delivered top-tier musicianship and skill. They also did a fantastic job with the organization and flow of the ceremony components, ensuring there were no errors and the volume/microphones were perfect. We booked Silver Arrow Band after seeing them at a friends wedding. From the first booking, they were so responsive and accommodating. They learned 2 songs for us and absolutely nailed them despite it being the first time they'd ever played them live. We sent them a playlist of our 'vibe' and the set list they created kept everyone dancing all night. This did not feel like a 'wedding band' it felt like the performers were enjoying themselves, having fun and doing what they love. They interacted with our guests and people still have not stopped talking about how great they were!

We had a great experience with Silver Arrow Band! Curtis helped us coordinate all of the logistics, and he was great - friendly and quick to respond. Our call with Curtis 10 days out before our wedding simultaneously helped us feel like we could relax, because the band would be on top of it, and made us look forward to the wedding. At the reception, the band was a hit! They made my Swiftie dreams come true by playing lots of Taylor Swift! They responded to the crowd and played more of what the crowd liked to keep the vibes great. Definitely recommend Silver Arrow Band!
