Band's founder, drummer and band leader

Since 2009, the musical collective that is High and Mighty Brass Band has been making noise worldwide with their original music and a fresh take on classic covers. They're also very active in the private event space, booking major events for Google, Squarespace, NPR, NYSE, Equinox, Slack, Diagio & Meta. You can see them live at their 10+ year weekly residency at Apotheke in Chinatown, NYC. They've toured in The UK, Spain, Mexico, The Netherlands, Canada and across the US and shared a stage and toured with Galactic, Lake Street Dive, Dr John, Trombone Shorty among many others. We're not just another wedding band... We bring a unique and fresh approach to music for private events that's fun, energetic and tailored to your vision. We can be completely acoustic and mobile ( parade style ), an 8-10 piece stage band or set up as a DJ + Brass + Percussion.

Their energy, talent, and ability to engage the crowd were unmatched—our guests could not stop raving about them, and some were so impressed that they’ve already gone to see them perform on Tuesday nights! For us and so many of our guests, they were the highlight of the night. Their performance brought an electric, joyful energy that took the celebration to another level, making our wedding feel like an unforgettable party.     I have hired High & Mighty for a grand Wedding, a local Private Party, and a 2nd line parade - every single time, they are so easy to deal with, they bring so much energy & talent, and they really pay attention to the needs of the event. I can't recommend them highly enough - total pros, so fun, and so original!!!

    No way we could sit still when they fired up the horns, plus the lead singer excellent! High and Mighty band deserves the highest rating. They left us all mighty high.
