Abbey is such a great planner! I've worked with many planners but Abbey stuck out the most. She was very communicative and always answered my questions promptly. Sometimes planners can cause confusion due to miscommunication between them, the couple, and me, but I never had to deal with that when I worked with Abbey. She always made sure the information she was relaying to me was accurate. I also love her decorating skills! It took my breath away when I saw what she did to both the ceremony and reception spaces. I definitely recommend hiring Beyoudcor for your big day!

Working with Miranda, Raquel, and Kylie was a true pleasure. Kylie assisted us at our rehearsal the day before our wedding, practicing the ceremony to ensure we understood the process and best practices for each bridal party member. Miranda and Raquel were there for us on our wedding date, helping set up decor, running to get breakfast for the bridal party, and being the point of contact with all our vendors. At one point, as the bride, I was getting overstimulated with all the pictures being taken in a short amount of time, and Miranda/Raquel had my back by making sure I had water and 30 minutes to center before our ceremony. If I could only give one piece of advice to fellow brides, it would be to hire the talented women of Evviva Studio! First and foremost, the professionalism of Kat, Sydney, Courtney, and Katie was out of this world and exactly what you would hope for on the most important day of your life. I am extremely type A and knew I wanted to tackle most of the wedding planning myself, but equally needed someone else to assist on the big day to alleviate the stress and pressure it would put on myself, my fiance, and our bridal party. We hired Kat and her team for day-of coordination, and little did I know, it would provide so much more than just some extra hands for those 12 hours that FLEW by. Even with day-of the coordination package, the Evviva studio still provided multiple consultations, facilitated ongoing communication with all of our vendors, and most importantly, carefully crafted the sacred timeline for our wedding day! This meant EVERYTHING to us in helping us feel prepared and so much more at ease. I can’t even begin to envision how differently our day would have looked without their guidance! Beyond fulfilling their professional responsibilities, the women of Evviva truly prioritize personal connection and high character. Kat was uplifting and encouraging in every single meeting we had. Her positivity and organization was also present in her event coordinators such as Katie and Courtney who never failed to meet us with smiles and an eagerness to help at our venue. Most of all, I need to shout out our lead coordinator for the day, Sydney, who I feel as though I can now call a friend! From the moment she walked in my home and introduced herself to my family and bridesmaids, I knew I could trust her with anything on my wedding day. She not only looked out for myself and my fiancé, but put in the extra mile to build a relationship with my loved ones. Everyone from my maid of honor to my grandmom could not stop talking about how incredible she was. The loyalty and dedication was unbelievable. For example, at one point she saved the day by literally running back to our trolley for my makeup when I cried half of it off during our private vows, lol! My friends and family know that I am a perfectionist and can't relax unless things are running smoothly. From our initial phone call with Sarah, I knew that she was the perfect person to bring our dream wedding weekend to life. Her goal was to know our vision, understand our style, and execute so that we could enjoy the night and not have to think about anything the day of. It's safe to say that was a success - I was the most "chill bride" all weekend long and that was entirely because of the care and detail that Sarah put into every second of our weekend. We brought Sarah on towards the end of our planning process (3 months before the wedding), and although everything was perfect, I wish we started working together sooner. Sarah is calm, organized, SO easy to talk to, and allowed us to be ourselves throughout the planning process. Her expertise guided us the whole way while still ensuring that every detail was unique to us. She worked to build a package around what we needed the most support with to ensure that we had no gaps in our prep/day of planning and coordination. Being that we found most of our own vendors before hiring Sarah, she was the perfect person to pull them all together with her collaborative personality, stress-free nature and smile! Sarah attended floral meetings, tastings, final prep calls with each vendor and answered every email, text and phone call filled with countless questions. We had a master timeline and checklist to make sure we stayed on top of everything from final vendor payments to "purchase hangers for bridesmaid pajamas." Fast forward to the wedding weekend... Sarah coordinated all of our venue / rehearsal dinner / hotel item drop offs and made sure that all of the buses ran smoothly. She planned every minute of the wedding day, and the schedule ran like clockwork, while Sarah and her team worked tirelessly behind the scenes. They were exactly where they needed to be at EVERY twist and turn - it was so impressive and all due to Sarah's organizational skills and incredible communication with her team. Sarah even did a full item by item inventory check at my parents house for the pre-wedding pick up (and post-wedding drop off). Anything that did not go according to plan, Sarah confidently took charge, found a solution, and then let me know about it (just for awareness - not for us to take any action). For example, there was a miscommunication with the florals in my bouquet - Sarah knew immediately that this was not what I wanted and before I could even get out the words, she calmly said "I know this is not what you asked for, but don't worry at all. This is an easy fix and I will work with the florist to make it right!" Because of Sarah I was truly a stress free bride and we had the BEST TIME at our own wedding. No wedding is too big or too small and no idea is too unrealistic for Sarah to bring to life. We miss the planning process mostly because we don't have an excuse to talk to Sarah multiple times each week. Sarah truly became like family to us and we can't recommend her enough!!

I first heard about Abibi Bridal when I was assisting my best friend CakedbyMel assemble a wedding cake in New Hampshire in September 2023. Mind you, I was visiting my best friend in Boston for the weekend because it was her birthday. I live in New York, so I took a flight to Boston to spend time with her. My friend was hired to construct the wedding cake by Abibi Bridal because Abibi Bridal was booked as the wedding planner for the wedding. I was observing how Abbe was working with the vendors and the wedding party, and I was instantly impressed. I walked up to Abbe and told her; I am getting married next year, and I am going to book you to plan my wedding. Abbe said of course! I set up my consultation with Abbe and I booked her for her wedding coordination services immediately. I just knew Abbe and her team would execute. From when I booked Abibi Bridal at the beginning of October 2023, up until the day of the wedding, April 25, 2024, Abbe has been a blessing when it came to planning my wedding. Even though she was booked for wedding coordination, Abbe was so helpful, knowledgeable, patient, kind, and just overall amazing throughout the entire process. She knew exactly what vendors would work great with the vision I had. Abbe knows all the best vendors and has great relationships with so many amazing vendors, that you know the vendors will execute not only because they are dedicated to their craft, because of their relationship with Abbe and Abibi Bridal. Now let’s fast forward to the day before the wedding, Abbe and her team came down from Boston, and from the moment Abbe and her team arrived until the end of the wedding the following day, Abbe and her team were all hands on deck! When I say the level of professionalism Abbe and her team had is unmatched compared to other wedding planning teams I heard about. She was a shield from all the stress, questions, unsolicited advice, and energy that was heading my way. Words honestly cannot describe what Abbe and her team did for my wedding. She made everything so seamless and special. My advice to every upcoming bride is to book a wedding planner or wedding coordination because it will make the wedding planning process go so smoothly. Amanda and Bridget were incredibly helpful in the weeks leading up to and the day of our wedding. (We chose the day-of coordination package.) We could not have done it without them! They thought of and took care of all the little details -- from having extra bobby pins and Shout wipes in their "fanny packs of magic" to hand delivering our signage and decorations to the venue. Amanda also went above and beyond to help us with a special request so we could just relax and concentrate on having a wonderful wedding. And, as is they didn't do enough already, Amanda also helped my wife coordinate a great surprise for me during our reception. Amazing!

She created an almost minute-by-minute timeline for the day and was the point of contact for all of our vendors, bridal party & family, which allowed us to relax and enjoy our day without any stress or worries. Nicole was crucial in ensuring our day ran smoothly and kept the whole timeline on track and I can't even begin to describe what an important role she played. There are no words!!! Simply put, we don't know what we would have done without her!! My husband and I kept saying the next day, seriously though what would we have done?! When the florist only delivered 6 bouquets instead of 8 for my bridesmaids, she contacted the florist and had 2 more bouquets at the site of our pictures in what seemed like a blink of an eye! There was an issue with power for the ceremony, she was on it! There was a mix up with a last minute table addition, she fixed it! Which, by the way, I had absolutely NO idea about any of these issues until after the wedding. Almost all of our vendors went out of their way to mention how much they enjoyed working with Nicole & that they would jump at the opportunity to work with her again. If you’re on the fence about hiring a coordinator, my #1 advice as a newly married woman is- DO IT! And of course, hire Nicole!

From running to purchase a missing bow tie for the groom to making sure I was holding my bouquet right before walking down the aisle, the Presley Planning team ensured our wedding was going to be perfect. The minute I felt a single drop of rain while taking photos, Shannon had an umbrella over my head, and Kyle always made sure I had a sip of water ready between pictures. Victoria truly thinks of everything. We had a guest feel ill and head home before dinner was served. She had their meals boxed and ran them out to the car as the guests were leaving so that they were still able to enjoy their dinners. At the end of the night, Victoria made sure everything was packed into our car, cleaned up, and sent important items and boxed dinner with my husband and I on the shuttle. Our wedding day was nothing short of magical and I truly have Victoria and her team to thank for such a perfect day. On my arrival, parking was easy and there were clear directions made for all attendees. When I arrived I was greeted by Justine, and assisted with my bags by others staffed by Justine to offer helping hands to my work area that was separate, clean, and spacious. My work area had amazing lighting already set up, a chair and table set up, and a personalized gift bag and refreshments waiting for me. I thought that it was above and beyond with service for her vendors. It felt good to work in an environment where I walked in with great impressions, service, and appreciation for my services rendered. I was grateful to have a setup that allowed me to work with ease and comfort. Each person who required makeup had a time slot and was on time and prepped very well. Justine did a wonderful job at making sure everyone was aware of what was going on and where we would be, if working. I appreciated her attentiveness to detail and how through her planning was executed. I also received an itinerary of the event and it was filled with beautiful moments and fun. As an attendee the setup of the event space was gorgeous. There was plenty of refreshments in a spacious and well decorated area. The food was also amazing. I loved the cultural diversity that she offered at her event to make everyone feel welcomed and comfortable. While I didn’t come knowing many people, because of the events and ice breaker games that we played, I left making many new acquaintances. A day-of-coordinator is one of the last wedding vendors I considered, and working with Cindy made me wish I booked her right after getting engaged! Every step of the process working with Cindy demonstrated her professionalism, skill, and kindness. From our first consultation call, she immediately put me at ease and shared her own experience with weddings similar to ours. Throughout the planning process, she was highly accessible starting from the time we booked with her, striking the best balance of offering her perspective while encouraging us to make the decision that was best for us. She also offered invaluable insight such as recommending an excellent videographer who we were very happy with. Despite her busy schedule during peak wedding season, she always ensured that I, my now husband, and parents felt heard and received her full attention. The night before my wedding, a vendor reached out with a timing concern that would have led me to panic had it not been for Cindy, who solved the issue without my having to give it a second thought, leading to the ceremony entrance that my husband and I dreamed of. The day of my wedding, Cindy and Caroline immediately brought a sense of calm and joy when my bridesmaids and I were getting ready, and were on top of little wrinkles that arose in the plan, such as when a transportation vendor didn’t show up. I hadn’t realized that there would be so many wedding items to keep track of (vendor gratuities, favors, signs, toasting flutes, etc etc etc), but Cindy and Caroline ensured that all these things were set up correctly at the venue, and packed up at the end of the night. Overall, it is hard to imagine how the day would have gone without them. They were unquestionably an essential part of how we were able to enjoy some calm and lots of fun during our wedding day, and we are so grateful to them!
