Often referred to as an urban "hidden gem" by their guests, their boutique winery offers a charming venue with three areas and an array of inclusive amenities. Hi, my name is Iso, one of the founders of Forage Kitchen. Since 2017, our mission has been to support Oakland entrepreneurs by providing kitchen space, promotional help, and event organization. To support that mission, we rent our space throughout the year for weddings, corporate events, and parties of all kinds. Our space offers a full commercial kitchen, great outdoor space with overhead lighting, and most importantly, a fully stocked bar! With seating capacity for 160 and standing room for 230, it’s great for events of all kinds, and live music is always welcome!

Our 3000 square foot space is located in the historic Cotton Mill district of Oakland. Just off the 880 freeway, Flowhouse is located just east of Brooklyn Basin and directly opposite the Embarcadero Cove pier. We have two beautiful dance studios that can be used for dancing as well as dinner set up. One studio can also be used as dressing room area. We also have a beautiful living room and lobby area that can be used for a buffet set up, receiving area, and cocktail area.

Pier 27 offers two industrial-chic event spaces perfect for wedding celebrations ranging from 100 up to 800. The City View Room (23,000 square feet), offers views of the iconic Bay Bridge and floor-to-ceiling windows facing downtown San Francisco. The Coit Room, also on the upper level, and connected to the City View Room, offers views of the Bay Bridge and floor-to-ceiling windows facing downtown San Francisco. The Coit Room is the perfect room for a wedding ceremony or a more intimate wedding reception. Alternatively, say your nuptials on the Embarcadero Room (lower level) with an unobstructed backdrop of the San Francisco Bay and Bay Bridge.
