The Evergreen Estate was envisioned by two college sweethearts as a place to enjoy life's finest moments with the people you love most. We wanted to create an authentic special events venue that embraces nature and allows our guests to enjoy themselves and make memories that last. We are committed to delivering excellent quality of service, transparency, and thoughtfulness to our community. Our waterfront venue sits on nine acres and is surrounded by beautiful evergreen trees. Our indoor and outdoor social spaces were thoughtfully designed with smooth-flowing events in mind. About Haw River Ballroom The Haw River Ballroom is a beautiful riverside venue set in the former Dye House of Saxapahaw’s Historic Cotton Mill. With three levels, a riverside deck, coffeehouse, full service stage and state of the art sound and lighting system, gorgeous historic detail, vintage furnishings, solar and geothermal power, climate control, and an idyllic rural river setting and lovely pollinator garden just minutes from Chapel Hill there is just no other place quite like it. We are located near Greensboro, High Point, Winston-Salem, Asheboro and many points in between. We offer an authentic farm setting that is rustic yet elegant. You can have a small intimate ceremony or you can have an extravagant wedding. Millikan Farms is perfect for your wedding ceremony, wedding reception, rehearsal dinner or anniversary celebration. Our barn can hold up to 200 guests. We have tables and chairs on site. The patio attached to the barn is perfect for your reception with a beautiful view of the lake. If you have ever wanted an outdoor wedding, this is the place to do it. If you plan for an outdoor wedding and the weather channel predicts rain on your special day, no worries, everything can be moved to the barn loft.

Lilymont is a rustic venue for small weddings and events of up to 100 guests. We provide you the DIY canvas for your intimate, outdoor, wedding experience with beautiful field and gardens, a bonfire pit, changing rooms, bathrooms, trails and more. Lilymont makes memories last a lifetime.

Beautifully situated at the top of a hill overlooking a lake on approximately 450 acres tree farm and wildlife preserve. The Longhouse building has a large hall that can be used in a variety of ways. It's cathedral ceiling and large stone hearth make it both beautifully spacious and warm and inviting.
