Imagine your wedding extended into three days! Stay the night and wake up at your venue on your big day and spend time with your wedding party. After the reception, its not over! Continue the wedding into the following day with a delicious breakfast shared with all of your closest friends and family! Waverly Estate offers historic character, southern charm, and modern amenities all tied together perfectly to create a dream venue for your big day. The estate house and the historic chapel date back to 1838. We take pride in being able to have our couples be a part of the history of the estate. The property has grand shade trees all throughout providing a beautiful backdrop for you ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. With stunning indoor and outdoor options including our stunning greenhouse inspired event building, beautiful overnight rooms, and full weekend rentals, Waverly Estate is able to offer peace of mind on your wedding day.

The Event Building
The brand new 5,000+ square foot event building is the perfect space for larger events as it can accommodate up to 300 guests. Our greenhouse-style event space is one of our favorite aspects of Waverly Estate. Host both your ceremony and reception in this space, or mix it up, as you'll have access to all buildings and outdoor areas on the property.

The Hackberry Tree
Magical and Whimsical Background for Any Wedding Event
The 200-year-old hackberry tree that sits on the property is one of the favorite ceremony spots. The grounds of Waverly Estate are completely filled with towering magnolia trees, crepe myrtles, and weeping willows. This natural scenery provides a magical background for any wedding event.

The Chapel
A Romantic and Chic Historic Chapel
The chapel is a perfect space for your ceremony and is complete with a large open floor plan and hardwood floors. The open space allows for a variety of floor plans. The church can seat roughly 80 guests at round tables for dinner, just over 175 guests for a ceremony service, and over 100 guests for a social hors d’oeuvres style event.

Waverly Estate is a dream come true!
I honestly couldn’t have picked a better venue than Waverly Estate. There’s no venue like it that gives you the flexibility of coming in on Friday & staying until Sunday. We had no worries about clean up after the reception or scrambling the morning of between a hotel & the venue for getting ready. On top of all of that, the all inclusive package that Waverly has is NEXT LEVEL. I didn’t have to search for vendors because Waverly had them already available & built into my package. It was an absolute dream to have one less thing to stress about. Their coordinator, Rachel, is absolutely amazing too. She answered every question I had & was the best cheerleader for us on wedding day. She had everything completely organized & made my vision come true for our wedding. My wedding was a dream come true, in huge part to the team at Waverly Estate.
The most perfect venue
We originally booked this place based off the greenhouse. However, we were extremely thrilled to get to meet the Waverly team and their amazing coordinator Rachel :) ! Not only does this venue house you and your bridal party/family, but the ease and inclusion of vendors made the day and planning process up to that incredibly smooth and organized. This venue and the whole team surpassed any expectation we had and the attention to detail is immaculate. Wedding of my dreams and best day of my life. Thank you so much 3
Best Venue - Hands Down!
Sarah has such a beautiful wedding venue & amazing staff. We booked for the entire weekend and we had the most AMAZING experience. Our day-of-coordinator, Rachel, was quite literally superwoman! I woke up the morning of the wedding and with just some simple direction, she had all my ceremony decor setup perfectly, all of the vendors were where they needed to be, and she brought the most infectious energy the entire day! If I could do it all over again, I wouldn’t change a thing. Thanks so much Waverly!
Beautiful and Stress-less Wedding
Have your wedding at Waverly Estate! I cannot say enough how grateful we are that we had our wedding at Waverly Estate. Not only is the entire grounds GORGEOUS, the Waverly team is professional, easy to work with, and does business in a way I wish most people would, especially in the wedding industry. I can truly say, Waverly Estate will try to save you money unlike some other places/vendors will. Waverly Estate works to ensure you have as easy a wedding as possible! I did not realize how having a venue with a house on the grounds makes everything so much easier for the set up and clean up for the wedding. It also gave us the opportunity to spend a weekend with our closest friends and family, instead of just the wedding day. This all-inclusive venue has an AMAZING in-house caterer, amazing florists on hand, cake bakers, and an amazing event coordinator, MaryJean. MaryJean really made our wedding planning easy. She was incredibly responsive with all our questions leading up to the wedding. She made sure we were on track to have everything prepped for the wedding (my husband and I did the wedding planning and didn’t hire a wedding planner) and she took care of so much on top of coordinating our wedding day! MaryJean and the Waverly team really helped to slow things down for us on our wedding day. MaryJean is so calm and chill, yet highly organized and proactive, that her demeanor would calm the family/bride (me)/etc too. My husband and I never felt rushed and we felt completely taken care of. Things like making sure we ate and bringing us food, and asking us if we needed a few more minutes for something helped so much. She was actively ensuring we were doing what we want on our wedding day. I want to go on and on about her but you may not read this whole review lol. I honestly don’t know how she coordinates every wedding and rehearsal dinner at Waverly Estate. Waverly made everything easy by booking vendors for us. We were so happy with all the vendors Waverly set us up with as part of our package (the Estate Package). The only thing we got outside of their list of vendors was a Photographer and Officiant. I’m so ecstatic to call myself a Waverly Bride :)
