Hiring Brittany and Heirloom Design and Co was one of my best decisions. Brittany was my Day of Coordinator and she did a magnificent job! I was worried that my vision might not translate into reality; what if it was a flop? what if it looked too small compared to my vision? Once I met Brittany, I had nothing left to worry about. She executed my vision and beyond with her beautiful touch! My wedding day was everything I could have ever hoped for and far exceeded my vision. Brittany worked well with my other vendors and all of the execution was like a well-oiled machine. We had never heard of a “day of coordinator” before our wedding. Initially we wondered if we needed one because we were planning a small and short, backyard wedding with less than 25 family members. Luna y Sol delivered that and more! They made our vision an absolute reality. In the weeks leading up to our big day, they got to know every last detail of our dream wedding, our vendors, decor, schedule, details, design, hopes, and dreams. They studied our timeline and helped us re-work it so that we could maximize our time spent with our guests. They helped set up and run our rehearsal dinner for us which was a big load off of us the day before our wedding! On the day of the wedding every detail was accounted for. We’ll never forget walking down the aisle and seeing our backyard for the first time with everything set up! We loved walking around and seeing all of the sweet touches Luna y Sol curated with our decorations and some of their own. Chris did the most beautiful calligraphy for our place cards and favors sign. Our parents and families were able to help us get ready without the stress and burden of setting up and running the show, too. We look back on our wedding with the happiest and sweetest of memories because everything was coordinated so well. We absolutely needed and valued our day of coordination even for a small backyard wedding. We strongly recommend collaborating with Luna y Sol to make sure all of the hard work you have put into planning your wedding pays off with the most perfect day.

When you think of your wedding, all you can hope for is nothing will go wrong, and if it does, it will be small. When you hire Brooklyn from Brooklyn Rain brides, you can rest assured that your day will be utter perfection. throughout the wedding planning process, Brooklyn was always there for me to reach out to and ask questions and give her professional suggestions. She is beyond wise for her years and knows everything a bride could ask in hand already. Even with me being in the industry Brooklyn would ask me questions leading up to the big day I didn't even know I had, she made sure I knew when and how to get my marriage license and took care of sending it back to the clerk for us. She handled getting the rings to the correct bridal party members and made sure to grab our vow books before the ceremony so we didn't have to remember them. My guests came to me after the ceremony and said it was the best ceremony they had ever seen and I couldnt agree more it had so much emotion, romance and pure magic sprinkled in and brooklyn was incredibly calm collected and well spoken capturing my husband and Is love story perfectly. I cannot recommend her services enough, not only can she officiate the most romantic ceremony ever She is also an incredible wedding coordinator and will make sure your wedding runs smoothly allowing you to have a stress free wedding day! I literally didn't have to handle a single thing on my wedding day because she was there to handle it all. She made all the difference plus she continued to come and check in in me to see how I was doing throughout the getting ready process and has the calmest nature helping me to feel ready before I walked down the aisle. not only did she handle coordination and officiating the wedding she sprinkled in some extra magic by taking some gorgeous photos throughout the day and sent them to me the morning after the wedding so I would have a little something until my professional photos arrived! I am so utterly grateful to Brooklyn for making the best day of my life utterly perfect. She may be based in Ohio, however, my wedding was in Michigan-she has traveled all over the United States to work weddings and is so worth it, so feel free to inquire about out of state travel. Anyone who is engaged, I can't say it enough, you need a Brooklyn to help guide you in your wedding planning!

Brianna and Karin were absolute rockstars! They took on a super difficult task due to the nature of the venue -- an DIY outdoor center with no cell phone reception, and key sites separated by a 0.3 mile gravel path, plus literally 7 different locations for all the different events (rehearsal, his and hers getting ready, ceremony, reception, cocktail hour, and food storage cabin). Oh, also the venue team has never hosted a wedding before!!! B&K handled it perfectly. I truly don't know what we would have done without them. Thank you for helping make it such a truly unique and special day.
