I’m here to make your vision come to life - whether that's an engagement party turned surprise wedding, a reception at your local brewery with your nearest and dearest, or a Halloween wedding... whatever you're into, I'm here for it! We’ll work as a team throughout the entire process so you will be 100% supported along the way. When the day arrives, my team and I will be in charge of the details on the backend, that way you can truly ENJOY the day you’ve worked so hard to put together. I’m here to ensure that you enjoy the journey just as much as the destination!

Four O'Clock Events is here to be your biggest confidant throughout your wedding planning process. That’s why with each of our packages we include unlimited communication once we start working together. We don’t believe in counting the number of hours or meetings we have together - that doesn’t feel very supportive to us. We don’t want you to spend your engagement stressing and feeling unsure. We want you to enjoy the journey! My partial planning package is more of a build-your-own package. You tell me what you all need help with and together we'll create a custom package! That pricing starts around $3,500.

My month-of package is more of an all-encompassing day-of package and starts at $2,300.

    Please take a few seconds and read this review - Brooke is the wedding planner you are looking for: Brooke was absolutely the wedding planner we needed for our complex, epic outdoor winter wedding weekend in the mountains that included trains, skiing, happy hour on the slopes, and a wedding venue that had never hosted an outdoor wedding before— and it honestly all went perfectly because of Brooke. We pitched Brooke all of our crazy ideas— we wanted it to be personal, laid back, have some light traditional touches but also be exciting and adventurous— and she helped us structure and plan the wedding that was perfect for us. She’s easy to talk to and to be around during what inevitably can become a stressful process, but she will meanwhile meticulously track the details about vendors, guests, scheduling, etc… Her communication is impeccable, and we never felt like we were falling behind on the timeline or having to follow-up with anyone. She knows the best vendors in the area to realize your vision— or in the rare instance she didn’t have a direct connection, she did the research to find out who was the best for us. All of her recommendations were top tier and budget conscious. In addition to being excellent at her job, Brooke is just plain wonderful. It’s clear she loves what she does and has perfected the skill of hyping you up and helping you dream big to craft a wedding that is memorable and uniquely yours, while also providing her experience to support your through key decisions when you start to stress-spiral (and you will at some point along the way). On the big day, we were able to truly enjoy sharing time with the most important people in our lives rather than worrying about the details, because Brooke had everything handled. There may have been some hiccups, but honestly, we will never know because Brooke is a professional and probably solved them without our awareness. Her experience was priceless when working with our wedding venue who had hosted fewer than 5 weddings, none of which were outdoors in the winter. We also had perfect weather, so she may also have some influence with the weather gods… not as sure about that one, but we wouldn’t be surprised. Wedding planning was exciting but also stressful and we couldn’t imagine how we would have pulled off our wedding weekend without Brooke’s support. We were legitimately bummed when the wedding was over that we wouldn’t being working with Brooke regularly anymore. Choosing her as our planner was the best thing we did, and we will recommend her to everyone we know who is looking to tie the knot. We wish we could give her 100/5 stars. Arian and Britt

    I really cannot say enough great thinks about Brooke and Four O'Clock events. We weren't sure if we needed any coordination help with our wedding when we first started, and looking back I have a really hard time knowing if we would have been able to pull it off without Brooke. She is truly excellent at what she does, and we received so many private comments about how effective and precise she was, while still being incredibly warm and accommodating. I think the thing that we noticed the most about Brooke is that she has an incredible range of imagination and empathy for the emotional experience and goals of our wedding, but was also not afraid to be direct if she felt some of our instincts or decisions were getting us off track of that goal. In addition, she perfectly handled an infinite amount of details and communication that I'm fairly certain would have overwhelmed us if we were to have attempted this ourselves. There isn't a single part of our experience that wasn't perfect - Brooke is an expert in her field.

    Besides deciding to get married, our best decision in this wedding was hiring Brooke! I don’t even know if we would have survived without her. She is a literal angel. I cried at the end of the wedding when I realized it also meant we were done working with Brooke. She was light and positivity and such a calming presence during the whole process. When my seamstress messed up my dress, Brooke found me an amazing last minute place to fix it and it ended up being perfect! When we had a hard time finding and picking music, she helped us through it and supported our hilarious, silly music choice. She helped us through figuring out tablescapes. She helped us find a great place to have a welcome dinner and hotel block. Her planning and organization made it so the whole day went smoothly. She makes you feel like a priority. You forget that she probably has dozens of couples she is coordinating with on a weekly/monthly basis. Everyone, from vendors to family/friends, told us how great she was to work with. My hair and makeup vendors were impressed with how quick she was to respond to emails. So many of my family members came up to me during the wedding to say how impressed they were by her and how much they liked her. Our wedding was the BEST day of our lives and so much of that is owed to Brooke. She helped us create the most beautiful day that we will remember forever. We may plan a wedding every year just so we can work with Brooke again.

    If you're in the process of researching wedding coordinators, let this be your sign that Brooke with Four O'Clock Events is your ANSWER! Look no further! Seriously, where do we begin about what an amazing experience we had with Brooke?! When we first met Brooke, she instantly felt like a long-lost friend - so down to earth, easy to be around, and amazing positive energy. We met in-person twice before our wedding to tour our venue and then discuss month of tasks. After each meeting, we felt empowered, not overwhelmed, for the next round of planning. Brooke's approach is thoughtful and detail-oriented while staying focused on what really matters - the 2 of you getting married! She thought of solutions for the most random things (e.g. milk crates for transporting china plates) or had answers ready in an instant (e.g. the perfect tablecloth sizes). She has easy-to-use documents for tracking important logistics and getting organized. Then...the wedding day! People have asked how our wedding day was, and we've been able to say, "everything went perfectly!" which we know is because of Brooke's incredible problem-solving and event-expertise. We had people coming up to us the next day saying she thought of things they never would have thought of. We're sure things happened behind the scenes that we knew nothing about because Brooke is a problem-solver and collaborated so well with our vendors and guests. We were able to just focus on being together rather than logistics. I know how much research has to be done throughout the wedding process, but please! trust me when I say hiring Brooke is THE best decision you'll make for your wedding day :) We love you, Brooke!!!!
