The Barns at Edgemont Inn was the perfect rustic and cozy setting for our wedding. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly accommodating and thoughtful, going above and beyond to ensure our special day ran smoothly. One of the bartenders even stepped up as an informal day-of coordinator, staying by our side throughout the event to handle any last-minute needs. The inclusive atmosphere allowed all of our guests to feel welcomed and comfortable. During the planning process they provided multiple options for table arrangements, arbor options and arbor placements, as well as options for dinnerware, glassware and silverware! Our group of country boys were pleased with their yard games and were playing corn hole all day! We were thrilled with the exceptional service and value provided by The Barns at Edgemont Inn, and would highly recommend them to any couple looking for a charming, stress-free wedding experience.

Saratoga National Golf Club was the absolute best for our wedding, I don't even know where to begin. When we started planning, looking at venues, what was most important to us was fabulous food and atmosphere. Saratoga National certainly delivered!! We were married at Saratoga National in the tent, and reception in the ballroom on September 27, 2019. From the very beginning, working with Danielle Robinson was amazing. Planning the wedding from FL, I knew I needed to feel 100% confident in our venue planning this far way. We met with many other local venues, and knew right away Danielle and Saratoga National were the best. Danielle made everything seamless. Danielle was very responsive, always very professional, worked with us on all of our special requests, and always available if I needed her to walk me through menu, floor plan, linens, etc....Danielle went above and beyond, she is amazing, we couldn't have done better! Day of, we had an unforeseen delay with transportation, setting the schedule back, Danielle and Team handled this flawlessly. They put our minds to ease, made us feel that much better once we arrived, and never impacted our guests. Danielle and Johnathan made certain this did not affect our day! Johnathan Gamble was our Event Manager day of, and he was nothing short of amazing! Johnathan's team kept us on track, provided the best service to our guests; everything was absolutely perfect! Jessica was our bridal attendant and she was the absolute best! Making sure we were well taken care of the entire evening, helping me get around the course during pictures, making sure my dress was perfect for every shot. Jessica just made us feel that more special, and we loved having her day of. The food exceeded our expectations. We've already known Mazzone has a reputation of providing A+ hospitality, but this was beyond. Our guests have been talking nonstop about the food and service, how it's the best wedding food they've ever had. They couldn't get enough of cocktail hour food and dinner was exceptional on all levels including flavor and temperature. The setting was absolutely beautiful, the tent is gorgeous, the course was perfect for pictures, including pool and deck, and the main entrance was beautifully decorated for fall. We really cannot say enough about Saratoga National, Danielle, Johnathan, and Jessica. They are the best, we definitely recommend this team for all of your wedding needs. It was a truly an amazing experience. Saratoga National and Team made our wedding dreams come to life!

We recently had our wedding reception at the Excelsior Springs Event Center, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience! First and foremost, the food was absolutely amazing – all of our guests raved about it. The spacious and beautifully designed venue was spotless, and the layout provided the perfect setting for a seamless celebration. We chose to have our ceremony at Congress Park, but for couples looking to hold both their ceremony and reception in one location, Excelsior Springs offers a beautiful ceremony area as well. It’s a lovely option that makes it easy to keep everything in one place. Marianna, our wedding planner, was a standout. She was incredibly attentive, communicative, and helpful throughout the entire planning process and on the big day. We truly felt like we were in great hands with her guidance. One of the major perks was the venue’s connection to the Courtyard Marriott, which is only a 30-second walk away. This made it so easy for our guests to stay right next to the event, adding such a level of convenience. We also rented a room at the Marriott for our rehearsal dinner, and they allowed us to bring in our own food and soft drinks, which made it feel even more personal and special. One of the aspects we loved most was the flexibility to add our own personal touches. We were able to bring in custom signage, homemade centerpieces, set up a fun candy bar, and even add a mirror welcome sign selfie station. Our DJ also provided a photo booth, which our guests loved. These touches made the celebration feel uniquely ours and added to the fun atmosphere. Overall, Excelsior Springs Event Center and the Courtyard Marriott created a perfect combination for a memorable and stress-free wedding weekend. The Edison Downtown is a brand new wedding and event venue in downtown Schenectady and established in 2021. The venue is exclusively catered and owned by Seasons Catering where they are excited to begin hosting events. This venue holds the history from when Thomas Edison came to Schenectady to start up Edison Machine Works and when he combined it into the Edison General Electric company in 1889. After - the building transformed into the Schenectady Gazette headquarters. In our renovations - we have kept the history and charm of the building with the original printing press from 1894 and our exposed brick interior.

Weddings can be incredibly stressful and sometimes not go as you planned, but I can guarantee The Edison Downtown staff will make your special day the best wedding or event you’ve ever had. Jena, our wedding coordinator and Bylinda, the owner, truly went above and beyond any of my expectations for my wedding day. The attention to care to not only myself but all family members and party members was impeccable. The organization and leadership day of from Jena highly attributes to the perfection and smoothness of our wedding. She was there late the night before and there bright and early the day of to make sure everything we wanted was done correctly and done timely. She made sure to keep to our schedule and even if there were any bumps in our timeline, she handed it for us. She paid incredible attention to detail to both our wedding and after party, as we had a completely different themed event also at the venue slightly after our wedding ended. I’m sure this made it more difficult than usual for the staff, but Jena handled the organization of all of our decor and organization of the staff and people involved like a seasoned professional. The food from Season’s Catering was divine and some of the best food we can recall having at a wedding or other event in a very, very long time. Our guests cannot stop talking about how absolutely delicious all of the food was, how gorgeous and unique the venue was, and how it was one of the best weddings they have attended. From the bartender to the servers, everyone was so sweet and seemed so excited to be working our wedding day. I didn’t know exactly what to expect planning my first wedding, but was so thankful for having Bylinda and having Jena from the venue to handle everything. Any event at The Edison Downtown is worth every penny. We cannot thank everyone enough for all of the effort they put into our special day.

Can’t say enough about the Kenmore Ballroom and the people who run it! My daughter was a covid bride and this venue was still under construction when she was first engaged and because we had to postpone her wedding, we were lucky to secure a date at the brand-new Kenmore Ballroom. Katie and Nate went above and beyond in every way – we were one of their largest guest counts that the venue had yet hosted and they didn’t miss a step! We enjoyed working with them as they were available for our many questions during the planning process. On the day - we were awed seeing our daughter and son-in-law enjoying their first dance together at the top of the beautifully restored grand staircase under the spectacular light from the floor to ceiling windows and sparkling chandelier. They even coordinated our after party turning the onsite bar area into a Irish pub! They have so much experience and unique ideas for planning any type of event I highly recommend the Kenmore Ballroom and Katie and Nate! Not to mention the benefit of having the best wedding planner – Katie O Weddings and Events – thanks again Katie and Nate - from a grateful mother and father of the bride!

I don't think I can write a review to do both M&D Farm as a venue and Mario & Daniel as individuals justice, but I will certainly try. We had our wedding at M&D Farm this summer and still are in awe of every moment of that day. M&D Farm is absolutely BEAUTIFUL. The gardens are awe-inspiring - all of our guests could not believe how incredibly beautiful the venue was. The natural look and feel, combined with the hard work that Mario and Daniel put into this place makes every moment you spend at it an absolute dream. Honestly, I don't think we've seen anything like it while touring venues. It's an absolutely magical place. But what's more magical than the garden and property itself? Mario and Daniel. I mean....wow. Mario and Daniel guided us through the wedding process with ease, calmness, and huge support. But what was even more impressive was their day of coordination. As a bride, I literally did not have to think about anything but having the best time all day long. Mario and Daniel were accomodating, efficient, fun to be around, knew all the staff, kept us on time without feeling like there was a lot of pressure, and made the whole experience just so easy. We were in absolute awe the entire time. We cannot be more thankful to both of them for the best day we could have possibly asked for. Seriously recommend this place to anyone looking to make their wedding dreams come true. THANK YOU MARIO AND DANIEL!!!

The West Mountain Inn was originally built as a farmhouse in 1809. From 1880 to 1920, first a gristmill and then a lumber mill were operated on the Battenkill River at the foot of the mountain. In 1904 Ned and Gwendolyn Rochester purchased the 150 acre farm and began to transform it into an elegant summer estate. After a succession of other residents the estate later became an arts and retreat center.

We had the perfect wedding at the West Mountain Inn! The venue is gorgeous, accommodating, and extremely well organized, all thanks to Amie and her wonderful team. Our family and friends are still raving about the venue (and food, and alpacas) almost a year later. Amie is a dream to work with. She is responsive, makes helpful suggestions, and brings a calm to the entire process. There's a lot of flexibility offered, but we also very much appreciated guidance on how a typical package or wedding went at the Inn (they've thought of everything). You feel welcomed and at ease in this beautiful space. Looking back, I can't emphasize enough how important it is to have such a helpful team be part of the venue. We can't recommend this venue enough!

I wish I could encapsulate everything that I love about the Maples Estate and working with Katie and Louis into one paragraph, but I'll try my best! My husband and I got married here and couldn't have been more pleased and grateful for the experience. We booked additional wedding coordination / design services with Katie and are soooo relieved that we did. She helped us throughout the entire process, had all of the answers, and was a constant source of support. My husband and I loved the idea of getting married somewhere that had an estate on the property so that some of our loved ones can stay with us and turn it into a long weekend of fun. We toured a handful of places that catered to this idea but Maples stood out from everything we saw for several reasons: Katie and Louis are on the property and are always a text away if needed, the house has the most amazing 1850's charm with all of the modern fixes needed to be comfortable, the amount of land to explore is wild, and Katie's background in event planning. It's hard to explain how my husband and I felt so at home and comforted when we had an initial tour, but we felt it in our gut and knew that we made the right call! The Inn at Erlowest was the perfect venue for our special day. From signing to the day of, the staff was efficient, organized, and friendly in their communication - especially the onsite wedding coordinator. LeAnna and her team were so knowledgeable and good at their jobs that I never stressed about the event. All good vibes! They helped coordinate all of our details; from the night before BBQ, to table linens to photographs of two large families, keeping everything running smoothly and on time. The venue itself is breathtaking. Guests are still telling us that they’re never seen a more beautiful ceremony location, and the reception space is a perfect mix of elegant and down to earth that we were aiming for. The staff truly helped make this the best day of our lives by creating a seamless, stress-free event that allowed us to focus on celebrating with our loved ones. If anything event wrong, I have no idea! We couldn't have asked for more from our venue and highly recommend The Inn at Erlowest to any couple looking for a magical wedding location with top of their game staff. I wish we could do it again!

They were always willing to show us around the property when we stopped by for a visit, which helped us feel comfortable and confident in our decision to host our wedding there. The venue itself was simply stunning - Lincoln Hall is a wonderful addition that provided an unforgettable backdrop for our special day, even when we had to move the ceremony indoors due to rain. Carmine was our rock through the planning process, and his professionalism allowed us to forgo a planner or coordinator, as we knew he had everything covered. The team pivoted flawlessly when we had to move the event inside, ensuring our wedding day was nothing short of beautiful and memorable.

If you're on the fence about having a weekend long wedding experience at FLC, DO IT! This was by far the best weekend of our lives and even more than we could have ever imagined. We chose this venue because we really wanted a mountain wedding but also wanted our entire family there which was a lot. We started the weekend off with a kickball game that everyone either played or sat and cheered everyone on. The staff was there to help the second we were on the property, from unloading an entire trailer of decor and drinks to just making sure we were ok all weekend. Every meal was top notch delicious with options for everyone. We worked with Drew & Carlos for all of our pre wedding needs/ during the weekend and they both were amazing. I don't think Drew slept all weekend as he was available for absolutely everything we needed. Our ceremony at chapel was stunning and all of our guests made it to the top with some help of the camp giving rides. Our new favorite place and still on cloud 9 over our weekend together!

If you are looking to get married in Hudson NY You can't go wrong at The Barns at Liberty Farms. Venue is always clean, and has many amnemdies some venues do not, including bathrooms, potable running water, tables and chairs, heat and air-conditioning. The space has many layout options and flows well. Blanche and Danni are a pleasure to work with and really care about each event being a day to remember. They supply an excellent list of vendors, who are easy to work with and are all local pro's. We also buy ingredients for our events both meat and vegetables. They have an amazing group of farmers. Certified organic and bio dynamic. Everything they do is to the best standard.

The Basilica is a one-of-a-kind space. If you are trying to avoid having a cookie-cutter wedding, this is the place for you. The staff has seen this venue set up in MANY different ways and can make anything you imagine come to life. I was really worried about being able to turn a blank space into my dream night but they made it happen easily. I'll never forget the feeling of seeing it all set up for the first time. The best part is that there are zero time restrictions on the space. Which for us, meant an after-party until 3am :)

The Hudson Milliner was a fantastic venue for our wedding. It’s a beautiful space with tons of character and charm. There is genuinely moving art everywhere and great natural light which you will want for beautiful photos. Charlotta and Shannon were extremely helpful and welcoming. They answered all of our questions and gave us the lay of the land in Hudson. We had our wedding brunch at a very nice French restaurant on their suggestion. I would 100% do it all again with The Hudson Milliner and suggest you do too.

Windham Manor was the perfect wedding venue for us! Susan and Barry (the owners) were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make our day absolutely perfect. I was nervous about everything being in done in time (we were one of the first weddings) but the barn and surrounding area looked absolutely perfect and all of our guests said it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to. Having the house on site was the perfect place to get ready and everything ran so smoothly! We were able to host the day after brunch at the house as well. Our photographs of the wedding are amazing and we will always remember our special day at Windham Manor. We highly recommend Windham Manor to any engaged couple looking for the venue of their dreams!

Vanderbilt Lakeside offers thoughtfully curated stays and events in a welcoming gathering space, with custom in-house food and bar packages. Charming, versatile, and ideal for group getaways, retreats, and celebrations of all sizes—from intimate dinner parties, to large scale gatherings and bespoke weddings. ​ The space itself is a newly redesigned, large (6000 SF) house. It was originally built in the 1800s. The outdoor areas can also be incorporated for your event--our deck and yard are completely open-air; you would be welcome to work with a third-party rental company to have a tent set up, if of interest.
