DJ Will is literally the best. He was so communicative and reached out multiple times to make sure he had the latest information. Our wedding was Indian fusion and he did such a great job considering our playlists and also adapting to the crowd. The energy on the dancefloor was insane - no one could leave because the music was too good. Literally the best decision and worth the value. He adjusted the package to make sure we got the best experience at the venue. Ceremony went off without a hitch and he took cues from the Indian priest very well. Professional timing and setup. DJ Conner was absolutely amazing and my husband and I couldn't be happier with the dancing music and all the music played throughout the evening. He listened to our music needs, which were not the clearest at times, but nonetheless he came up with a great playlist that fit the diverse age range and what we were envisioning. It seemed that all the guests were dancing on the dance floor at some point in the evening. Just recently a guest from the wedding reached out commenting how Conner was the best wedding DJ they have ever heard. Conner brings a cool, sophisticated vibe that is truly great for all age demographics. Additionally, Conner was super professional, on time, and had state of the art sound equipment. He also did an incredible job micing the night and keeping the pace. The fact that I didn't want the night to end speaks volumes to how much I enjoyed our wedding and a big part of that was the music. Hiring the right DJ is one of the best wedding decisions we made and was also way more cost effective than a live band. To wrap this up, we are so thankful Conner decided to take his DJ talents to the wedding industry. I am sure his business will take off. Sound Prodigy and DJ Pat was awesome to work. The app he had us use to add music to so he could get a feel for what we like was very easy to use. He’s clearly very experienced and knew how to get the crowd energized and keep the dance floor packed all night. Their intuitive sense of the vibe and flow of the evening was spot on, and they kept the music going seamlessly through all the key moments. We couldn't have asked for a better DJ to make our wedding celebration so memorable. We also booked a photo bus through him and I highly recommend that. I got married here at the beginning of June and it was the best day of my life and Forgotten Barrel definitely made it an amazing day. When I first came here to tour the place, Alyssa made me feel like a bride and not just another person looking for a venue. She was easy to work with and definitely was one of the many selling points of picking this venue for our wedding. The day itself was flawless and all our guests had a great time here. Reveal did an incredible job with my hair and makeup as well as my bridesmaids and the mothers. I got many compliments on both my hair and makeup. My makeup was especially fabulous and lasted all day and night even through my tears and all the dancing. Bridal hair and makeup was 320. The other girls were 220 for hair and makeup. If you wanted just one service, it was 150. I found these prices to be very reasonable. The girls came to our VRBO the morning of and worked efficiently and were very nice.

Katherine was an absolute DREAM! Angeline is absolutely amazing. She is so kind and has great communication. She brought my vision to life beyond what I ever imagined. On top of that, her rates are extremely competitive and this was the vendor of all my wedding vendors that I felt like I got the most value for my money. The florals were absolutely gorgeous and our room looked so lush. She repurposed almost everything from the ceremony for the reception which saved us a ton of money. I got more compliments on the flowers than on anything else at the wedding, many of my friends recently got married and they said they wished they would have known about FlowerRush before! Joanne and Jamie were easily one of my favorite vendors for my wedding. I got married April 7, 2024 and had my hair trial on February 3. I found Joanne’s company through one of my Instagram friends, who also got her hair done with them. I was immediately taken with them for two reasons: 1) They had no minimum person requirement 2) they were so so so quick in their email communications (something I found was super rare when looking for hairstylists). Immediately upon visiting for the trial, I knew I was in good hands. They were both so sweet and really took into consideration my preferences, veil & dress, and venue when making suggestions. I felt so comfortable with them (and they even gave me some tea!). On the day of the wedding, Jamie arrived promptly at our getting ready location and was quite efficient and effective in doing my hair. I never was worried that my hair would fall out during the wedding and the fact that I never once thought about my hair all night is a testament to how well it was done. And as I look back on my photos, I constantly look at my hair, impressed by how well it stayed curled and beautiful all day (even as I danced for 2 hours straight). I could never recommend Joanne and Jamie more for your big day.

I worked at a country club in the summers before my freshman and sophomore year of college, I worked on the food and beverage staff which included being a banquet server, and can you guess which was my favorite shift to work, you guessed it, the weddings. Miranda was absolutely amazing. We worked with her for a year to plan for our Sonoma wedding. She was recommended from a friend whose wedding she also planned and it was stunning. Even though she was not from the Sonoma area, she did an amazing job finding everything from the venue, to the vendors, photographer, and DJ. She has great attention to detail and really makes you feel at ease in the planning process. We had absolutely no idea what we wanted or what we were doing, but she made both me and my husband way less stressed on every matter. We even had a last minute DJ issue and she found us a new one right away. She helped set up food tastings and made sure we were on track for the big day in terms of seating charts and other small details. The wedding was perfect and she did a fantastic job telling us exactly what to do and where to be. She even helped my brother, the officiant, with what he was suppose to say during the ceremony, as this was his first time officiating. She did the signage, decor, literally everything and alleviated all the stress and jitters on our day. I couldn’t recommend her enough to plan and help on your day. I’d hire her again ten times over! This team is seriously THE BEST!!!!! She photographed our engagement session and wedding and did amazing on both shoots! She is sooo patient, reliable, kind, and is very professional. She was so helpful on the day of our wedding. She guided us throughout the whole day (I am a little awkward so we needed her guidance. We had a VERY large bridal party (12 on each side) and she was so patient with all of us. My family and bridal party loved working with her and kept talking about how incredible she was!! She is SO GOOD at what she does and we were blown away by the amazing photos that we received back!! Thank you so much for capturing the best day ever in such a beautiful way!!!

If you want to make your wedding planning even a fraction easier, hire Calmerin. We got their Jade package and even though that’s their smallest package it was so so helpful. We talked with Glennie and Amanda to talk over big picture stuff, get recommendations for other vendors, etc. and then the first time I met them was for the venue walkthrough. They’re the professionals and so they brought so many excellent questions for us and for the venue. It really helped us know what we still needed to figure out and prepare for the big day. Then, for the rehearsal/walkthrough and the big day, they were there every step of the way to help get the whole timeline sorted out. Both Amanda and Glennie were so kind and professional; they helped the whole day run so smoothly. The last thing, but really SO important and crucial: they helped with the breakdown and packing everything up. While we were all dancing on the dance floor and having a blast, they were helping to gather up everything and get the venue set back as it needed to be by the end of the night. It was such a weight off our shoulders for them to just handle all of that. They were always on top of everything and it was all so wonderful. Hire Calmerin for your wedding, and breathe a sigh of relief that you have them on your team because now it will surely be a beautiful day. Thanks Glennie and Amanda for everything! It was such a joy to work with you both!
