We have been established since 2017. We love what we do and want to share that with everyone. We are a team of Fun, Passionate artist that bring the glamour game to life. There is no party to small or to big for us to handle.

Couples night is wonderful...but nothing beats a good girls night. What better way to start off your wedding chapter with a group of your boss babes doing hair, makeup, talking story and acting silly before you say "I DO"!

I had the best experience working with Tiffany and Heather on my wedding day. I truly never felt more beautiful, and I know all bridesmaids did too. They were so friendly, made us so comfortable, and really brought each of our visions to life. Highly recommend this beauty team!

The team at Shade & Strand with Heather and Neva were incredible and brought such joy to our wedding day! They captured exactly what I envisioned for my hair and makeup on my wedding day. From the initial consultation with my trial to the wedding day, I felt like every last detail I imagined was brought to life for the wedding day. Not to mention the look lasted all night long on the dance floor. They managed to fit in hair and makeup for all my bridesmaids plus the MOB and MOG seamlessly. I can't thank the Shade & Strand team enough for helping me and my bridesmaids feel beautiful on my wedding day! Definitely would recommend for any San Diego brides to be.

Shade & Strand was a dream to work with for our wedding day! From our very first interaction, their communication was quick, kind, and incredibly supportive. Katie Beth, the lead stylist, ensured that everyone followed the schedule seamlessly and was so pleasant to be around. Heather and Tiff are absolutely AMAZING! I went to a few hair and makeup trials with different vendors, but they completely blew everyone else out of the water. They created such a fun, relaxed environment—it truly felt like I was getting ready with friends. They were incredibly receptive to any adjustments or tweaks I asked for and worked much faster than I expected without compromising quality. Throughout the planning process, they were clear and communicative about deadlines, flexible with changes to the number of people getting services, and never once made me feel like a burden while I sorted out my wedding party’s preferences. On the day of the wedding, they arrived bright and early—even before my wedding party—and had everything set up and ready to go. They kept the vibe fun and light, playing great music, chatting with everyone in the bridal suite, and working just as efficiently as they did during the trial. Heather even went above and beyond by snapping a few pictures and fun videos—totally not part of her job, but it was so appreciated! If you’re looking for a vendor who delivers stunning results while creating an unforgettable experience, Shade & Strand is the one for you!
