Red Ribbon Hall is a historic landmark building located in the heart of Eaton Rapids! Dating back to 1878, the building was affiliated with the "Red Ribbon Movement". The upstairs houses a theater styled hall, a bridal suite, a grooms room, and two restrooms. The theater styled hall consists of a stage lining the back wall and elevated theater style seating along the side walls. We are able to provide you with full-service wedding reception amenities for a small intimate gathering or a large group of friends and family.

We began our journey in 2015 with a dusty gravel pit and vision for a new home. The gem was the stunning 30 acre crystal clear lake. After purchasing the property we found ourselves hosting church activities and work functions as people truly loved being here. Slowly we began adding amenities to the property. First a huge rope swing, (that we have since taken down). It was fun watching the kids fly into the water. Then the 110’ water slide kept all the kids smiling as they splashed into the lake. Then in 2020 our daughter was engaged to a great guy. As she began looking for that special place to host her wedding we came to realize that it was right here. We wanted it to be a very special place and we went to work.

Meadow Wood Acres is centrally located in Shiawassee County roughly 30 minutes from Lansing, 30 minutes from Flint and just under an hour from Ann Arbor with easy and close access to all major expressway's. Located on 40 picturesque country acres surrounded by hayfields, meadows and woods. ​The venue allows for you to bring in your own vendors to create your wedding vision.
