Rental of the Villa for an event includes the use of its outdoor spaces, plus numerous photo locations on the 85-acre property. We also include lodging in the five-bedroom Villa for up to 12 people, ceremony and reception furnishings, and day-of services. (We are there to support you through every step of your day!) Conveniently located within a mile of downtown Asheville, Homewood offers 200 free, designated parking spaces, and is located in a neighborhood setting. The Great Room seats 110 people for dinner, or up to 150 with cocktail seating, with space for dance floor and DJ or band. Homewood is fully handicap-accessible.
