Vintage, industrial, and green spaces at the Old Woolen Mill create endless possibilities for parties, concerts, business meetings, weddings and more. Once the heart of this Victorian era clothing factory, the Weaver’s Room and it's 3 adjoining suites are the keystone of an ongoing renovation project at the Old Woolen Mill that pushes forward into the twenty-first century. Over the past fifteen years, the Room has hosted a wide array of events from formal dinners to proms to countless weddings and receptions, as well as parties, showers, and reoccurring group meetings. Whatever the occasion, the Old Woolen Mill's 4-room industrial complex offers groups large and small a district event location with its brick exterior walls and exposed wooden rafters.

Our goal at the Old Woolen Mill is to provide as much or as little assistance as you would prefer while offering many of the same amenities as higher priced venues at a fraction of the cost. We offer indoor and outdoor options of both ceremonies and receptions. Each rental includes tables and chairs for up to 250, a caterer's kitchen, decorative lighting, audio and video capabilities, wifi, and option suites for both brides and grooms. A one-of-a-kind venue for all your event needs.

Hourly rates starting at $175. Day rates starting at $1400.

The Café

Optional Groom Suite

The Café can accommodate smaller parties of up to 20 guests or those requiring wheelchair or elderly accessibility. This lower level suite also conveniently connects directly to the Weaver’s Room and frequently serves as a groom’s suite and/or bar area during larger events. Room has audio and video capabilities. The Café can be added to a Weaver’s Room rental for $300 or combined with The Studio Suite on a Weaver’s Room rental for $500 as a bride suite and groom suite pairing.

Studio Suite

Optional Bridal Suite

The Studio Suite is a more intimate upstairs room that doubles as our bridal suite. It’s a popular option for birthday parties and showers up to 35 guests. Room has audio and video capabilities. The Studio can be added to a Weaver’s Room rental for $300 or combined with the Café on a Weaver’s Room rental for $500 as a bride suite and groom suite pairing. Tables and chairs, as needed, including initial set up.
