READ CAREFULLY Farm At Bentley Fields is an East Tennessee wedding venue located 15 minutes from Morristown exit 8, in the point Pleasant community of Newport. Situated on 100+ acres of a working cattle farm, our rustic, farmhouse style barn venue is perfect for small to elaborate celebrations with many pre decorative elements perfect for your special day. Our goal is not to offer just a beautiful space but, an unforgettable experience. We promote a family friendly atmosphere so NO ALCOHOL is allowed. Packages available from $2900 (Sunday through Thursday) to $4000 prime Saturdays for the 2023-2024 season. Missy is an expert, once you book with her, she adds you to the Facebook group where you can find virtually anything else plus answer/ask any questions. Having Farm at Bentley Fields as our venue truly saved us so much money and work.

BEST WEDDING VENUE! I can’t say that enough!! If you are searching for a place to get married this is it! Missy is a true blessing and joy to work with! Not only is her venue absolutely gorgeous but she has so many decor options for you to pick from allowing you to add your own style to your big day. Missy was always there to answer any questions and provide insight and expertise with the entire planning process. She made the whole experience truly wonderful and takes such a hugh load off of her brides by decorating the venue so beautifully. You feel so special when you get to work alongside her and she helps to make your day filled with so much beauty, love, and perfection!! Unfortunately, we promote a family friendly environment therefore, our venue is a dry/alcohol free facility. Although we know that this is an important aspect to many couples planning and celebration, we feel that our amenities compensate for this rule and we have hosted many alcohol free events here at the farm.

That varies from day of the week/weekend. Our Saturday couples receive venue use from 9 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. and our Sunday through Thursday couples receive 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Winter hours vary. Inquire from our website.

Set up of our decor, 20 farmhouse tables, seating for up to 200 guest and endless decor options. We also include FREE planning assistance and styling. We have a bridal and groom dressing room, pavilion for rain plan, climate controlled facility, decor galore and we’ll assist in finding all the vendors you need!

Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including retainers and deposits, are non-refundable. We do offer our couples the opportunity to transfer their package to other potential couples with venue’s final approval. In circumstances where the couple themselves fall ill or have military deployment or unapproved leave, we will allow rescheduling without penalty with burden of proof.

We believe that every couple should have their choice of vendors that are right for them. With that said, should you need suggestions, we have an amazing roster of professionals to recommend. As long as your vendors are licensed and insured, there are no issues.

As of Spring 2021, yes! We are climate controlled for your comfort and convenience and are excited to offer this upgrade to our facility!

Yes! Our open air pavilion is the perfect option for those rainy day ceremonies that can be transformed into your dance floor. When it comes to leave of mind, we have you covered. Literally!

Yes. We require each couple considering our venue to first complete our online inquiry form found on our website. This will not only allow us the opportunity to see if the date(s) you are considering are available but, to also provide pricing for your specific needs and to advise you of days and times available for your tour.

Absolutely! We offer one hour ceremony rehearsal use and rehearsal dinner use can be reserved as well for an additional fee. We will be sure to provide all these details and more when we receive your online inquiry form on our website.
