“I hired The Polar Peddler for the floral decor for my wedding and I was stunned with how perfectly Dana just 'got' my vision! I asked for jewel tones with an emphasis on varying texture. I didn't have many 'must have' flowers but I did have a few I liked and a few I didn't, and that's all I had to tell her! I had purchased some dyed/dried florals and peacock feathers before I organized with Dana and she was even willing to add these items in for me! “I had received a floral arrangement from Fleur de Lis before we got engaged and I had noted how beautiful and elevated it was, so when it was time to look at wedding florists, Lana (the owner) was the first one we called. Our consultation went so well - I was not 100% sure what I wanted, but showed some Pinterest inspiration and Lana asked all the right questions and showed us options on tabletop decor, flowers for the arrangements and bouquets/boutonnieres. We left feeling so confident and excited to receive the proposal - which we received super quick and signed immediately - we were so impressed with all of the details and pricing was very in line with what we were hoping for (we got married during Christmas time and the club was already going to be heavily decorated, so we didn't need as much as a bare venue would ). Some wedding florists in the area won't even talk with you unless you can meet a high $ minimum - Lana is not that way. She and her awesome team will provide the best service and the highest quality product for every single customer - which says a lot! On to wedding day... through all of our interactions, I knew I didn't have to worry about a thing on the day of - which was an amazing weight off my chest! The team showed up and set everything up well before it needed to be, and when we got our bouquets, I wanted to cry happy tears - they were PERFECT and everything that I had hoped they would be. The flowers were stunning, fresh, and such high quality. Everything was arranged and put together so well and they lasted and stayed beautiful all day. The boutonnieres, grandmother's corsage, and mother's mini bouquets were also perfection. During the cocktail hour we did a first look at the reception area and again, it was perfect. Tabletop decor, florals, candles, votives, etc. was everything we discussed and more. “Because of all the florals already there due to the nature of the venue, and all the florals and plants they filled in, I didn’t feel the need to have a ton of florals, so I did them myself! I found Flower Moxie here on Zola and they were so great! If you are thinking about DIY’ing your florals, I would definitely recommend looking into Flower Moxie! They have some set packages you can chose from, but I upgraded to the highest personalized package and it was so worth it. I got to have a phone call with the florist and they put together a custom package, and they definitely killed it, the flowers were exactly what I had in mind. There were so many resources and they went through everything so well I felt so prepared and we had almost no issues putting all the florals together. All of our florals still looked fresh and beautiful on our wedding day, and some of the florals in our arch arrangements lasted WEEKS. A word of caution though: it is definitely a lot of work, so just ensure that you have enough time in town before your wedding (i.e. you can’t fly in the day before your ceremony, if you are traveling to that location) and enough people to help you (for putting together, transporting and anything day of). I actually really enjoyed getting to do my florals myself, and would highly recommend if you are creative and DIYing your wedding!”

“We had the most incredible experience with the Faux Bouquets! From start to finish, Brittany was responsive, caring and efficient! We rented the ‘Moody Romance’ suite and I purchased an add on of a custom bridal bouquet and boutonnière! I had done thorough research on purchasing real flowers and while price was our driving factor, I loved the element of saving on waste with renting and the option to purchase a keepsake! Brittany spent time talking to me so many times about questions I had and was incredibly patient! With the custom bouquet, I was able to upload inspiration photos and she NAILED it! The shipping process was so seamless as well. Brittany provided the tracking numbers and thorough instructions on receiving and then returning the flowers.
