We are a wedding planning and design company. We want to become a part of your team to make your wedding or events that speak your styles. We offer wedding and events design, decoration, planning and coordination services. We also source and handmake personalized wedding and events decors and gifts to make the best events and wedding details impression and wow your guests and attentees. From design to execution, Shining Time Wedding team is flexible to work with. We can collaborate with you only on creating the design, or continue to build the momentum to make your vision comes true on your wedding or event day.

We are a responsive, responsible and flexible team. We create customizable services for all of our clients among design, styling, decorating and delivering floral works. Besides floral, we are also a full service wedding planner and specialize in handmade decoration items which can be incorporated into our design.

Shining Time Wedding exceeded our expectations. We had a general idea of the colors and aesthetic we were hoping for, and Rinna and her team went above and beyond. Our flowers were stunning, with the bouquets especially being incredible. Everyone commented on how beautiful the flowers were. We went with 40% re-usable flowers mixed in with fresh flowers (the bouquets being all fresh flowers) and it was gorgeous. Her silk flowers blended in so well I couldn't tell which were real and which were fake. This was especially amazing as it helped us get as many flowers as we wanted while staying in budget. Rinna even stayed and helped us clean up the reception and to ensure she got her flowers and vases back, which was amazing that we did not have to worry about that part. I could not recommend this florist more.

We struggled to find a florist, we just were not getting a clear idea of what was going to be delivered and exact budget with other vendors. Shining Time on the other hand made it very clear what was going to be delivered and helped us pick quantities and worked very well with our vague vision (as my wife and I didn't have a strong vision for the florals). On the day of we were stunned by how beautiful everything was. We are so excited to have picked Shining Time and would definitely recommend them for your wedding.

Shining Time Wedding and Rina made our wedding absolutely magical. I worked with Rina on all our florals and decor for ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. The team delivered beyond my dreams on an elegant and romantic design. Rina and the team are so kind and so easy to work with. I cannot recommend this vendor me.
