When you hire Brooklyn from Brooklyn Rain brides, you can rest assured that your day will be utter perfection. throughout the wedding planning process, Brooklyn was always there for me to reach out to and ask questions and give her professional suggestions. She is beyond wise for her years and knows everything a bride could ask in hand already. Even with me being in the industry Brooklyn would ask me questions leading up to the big day I didn't even know I had, she made sure I knew when and how to get my marriage license and took care of sending it back to the clerk for us. She handled getting the rings to the correct bridal party members and made sure to grab our vow books before the ceremony so we didn't have to remember them. My guests came to me after the ceremony and said it was the best ceremony they had ever seen and I couldnt agree more it had so much emotion, romance and pure magic sprinkled in and brooklyn was incredibly calm collected and well spoken capturing my husband and Is love story perfectly. I cannot recommend her services enough, not only can she officiate the most romantic ceremony ever She is also an incredible wedding coordinator and will make sure your wedding runs smoothly allowing you to have a stress free wedding day! I literally didn't have to handle a single thing on my wedding day because she was there to handle it all. She made all the difference plus she continued to come and check in in me to see how I was doing throughout the getting ready process and has the calmest nature helping me to feel ready before I walked down the aisle. not only did she handle coordination and officiating the wedding she sprinkled in some extra magic by taking some gorgeous photos throughout the day and sent them to me the morning after the wedding so I would have a little something until my professional photos arrived! I am so utterly grateful to Brooklyn for making the best day of my life utterly perfect. She may be based in Ohio, however, my wedding was in Michigan-she has traveled all over the United States to work weddings and is so worth it, so feel free to inquire about out of state travel. Anyone who is engaged, I can't say it enough, you need a Brooklyn to help guide you in your wedding planning!

I can not be more grateful and pleased with Sam if I tried!! I hired her for The Day of Coordinator to help everything run smoothly. Her professionalism & knowledge was just what we needed to make this happen. Her sweet personality was a huge bonus and made us feel so comfortable and at ease. The communication between her and my daughter was excellent. Sam was very prompt with answering any of my daughter’s questions prior, during and after the wedding. Her service fee is VERY reasonable. She traveled from Dayton, three hours each way, for the rehearsal and for the wedding !! Sam and her team helped box all the centerpieces and miscellaneous items while we were still enjoying the evening. This was a huge help and I was very thankful for the extra time that was freed up for us to spend with family and friends. There was a small hiccup with our food caterer and Sam quickly jumped in and solved the problem. I could not have asked for a more perfect day for my daughter, it was everything she dreamed of and we were all stress free thanks to Sam. I would HIGHLY recommend The Black Barn Event Planning. Sam is amazing at what she does!!

My wife and I got married on 9/28/2024 in Brighton, MI. and knew we needed to have coordinator(s) to help keep us on track with planning and assist us on the day of. Our main goal was to live in the moment on our wedding day and not lift a finger or make any decisions, and we achieved that solely because of Dom, Lieng, Macy, and Ursula. We worked with Dom and Lieng about 1.5 years prior to our big day, and communication was nothing clear & consistent. We had an issue with the first DJ we booked that ended in me calling Dom crying at 8:30 pm on a Friday evening, all for her to offer me a quick solution and assure me that she had us. She was able to recommend us a new DJ and put us in contact, we had him booked by the next morning and he was nothing short of perfection. They even went as far to ask how we would want them to handle certain scenarios of misbehaved or unwanted guests, I mean its silly to say, but they truly made us feel protected. They were there for us and ONLY us. They created a timeline, kept in contact with all of our other vendors, provided inspiration with methods to make it happen, kept a planning checklist with reminders of when to book, when to pay, when to focus on details, numbered recommendations on dessert, alcohol, late night snacks, etc. based on our guest count, things I needed and decisions to make that I never would've thought of without them. They attended our rehearsal the day before the wedding and whipped everybody into shape, did not leave without ensuring that my wife and I felt comfortable and confident. Now, for the day of the wedding. Lieng was out on a leave so we unfortunately did not get to meet her, but Dom brought two assistants: Macy and Ursula. I joke and say that they were my own personal secret service, but I am not kidding when I say they were not far off. Dom handled the majority of vendors and things inside before the ceremony started, while the assistants kept both parties on time, was our right-hands to make sure we had everything we needed, and motivated us to stay hydrated. The three of them wore ear pieces to stay in contact and keep updated on parties, guests, vendors, etc. They gave us directions on when and where to be so our timeline was on track, rounded up appetizers, got us drinks, and packaged up to-go containers of food for us on that night. We had an issue where our photographers tip went missing towards the end of the night, and immediately the three of them were on it. They removed everybody from our treehouse room, locked up our cards and personal belongings, and cleaned up the entire space to search for it. They set up the bed with rose petals, our cake, a gift from the three of them, which I just thought was the sweetest. We opted to have a private last dance in the venue space, and the three of them wrangled out all of our rowdy family and friends with no excuses so we could enjoy the moment with just us. They waited until all of our guests vacated the premises and were the last ones to leave the venue, excluding us. I mean -- you name it, they did it. The place was spotless the next day. They were easily the most valued and "worth it" vendor we couldve had, and I give anyone who does not have a day-of coordinator major props because without them our day probably wouldve been one hot mess. Our day was nothing short of perfect, and we owe that to them.

Hello...my name is April and I am the owner of Your Perfect Day! I started this business in 2009 to allow couples to book with one company that offers multiple services. We offer wedding planning, day of coordination, decorations, chair covers, farm house tables, backdrops and dark wood chairs.

We couldn’t recommend April and Your Perfect Day enough for any decorating needs for your wedding! They provided all the chairs for our ceremony, swag for the ceiling above our dance floor, greenery behind our sweetheart table, table number holders, donut wall, and cupcake display holder. Everything was set up on time, we didn’t have to worry about a thing. April was incredibly responsive and helpful with all our questions and changes we made throughout the planning process. They were setting up the morning before our wedding and we were able to meet them. They were so sweet and made sure everything looked how we envisioned. Definitely use them for your wedding!

At least, it seemed like that to me I had nothing to worry or stress about the day of, and I have to give her credit for that! My biggest regret is not having found her sooner, because I would've loved her assistance in planning our wedding and helping with travel arrangements for our out of town guests. I cannot say enough good things about Maggie as a wedding planner and person. We hired Maggie to plan our wedding from start to finish and it was the best decision we made. To offer context, we tasked Maggie with taking an old, rather outdated country club, and asked her to transform the venue all while managing accommodations for over 260 people. Additionally, the country club was a complete blank canvas which required us to bring in vendors for every single detail. Not only did Maggie handpick top-notch vendors and successfully manage them all, but she did so with the most calm and pleasant demeanor. The country club manager said that out of the many wedding planners he has worked with over the years, Maggie is by far the best because she was enjoyable to work with and incredibly good at her job. We couldn't agree more. My entire family is thankful for Maggie and what she did for us. She was a rockstar from the moment we met her and even after the wedding when she kindly held a ton of wedding supplies at her home so that we didn't have to worry about grabbing them the day after the wedding. As a bride who has dreamed of her wedding day for as long as I can remember, I can confidently say Maggie Mitchell Events made my dreams come true!

Connie and Justine from Beautiful Crazy Coordinators were absolutely phenomenal during our wedding rehearsal and wedding day. They handled every little detail so that as the bride, I was able to focus on getting ready and enjoy my time with the guests. Both Connie and Justine are so sweet and have the calmest demeanors - with them by my side on my special day, I was not stressed at all. Any task or errand that I asked, they would accomplish it. They set up my entire wedding and really paid attention to detail with what I had envisioned. Connie and Justine even packed up my entire wedding at the end of the night and organized countless boxes and decorations. Prior to the wedding, they even went to pick up several desserts. No task was too big, and they handled the timeline throughout the day and any hectic situation they solved promptly and quickly. I would give them a 1000/10 as a review rating!

April was FANTASTIC!! I was unsure whether or not I wanted a coordinator- I had a hard time “giving up” control of my big day. When I first spoke with April- I knew that she was THE ONE! Kind, patient, understanding, and also a little bit of a perfectionist. ;) I hired April as “Day of Coordinator” only. April took everything I gave her on my wedding day and ran with it. She took my planning binder and I said “Good Luck!” She made it all happen! She quickly and effortlessly made my dream wedding perfect. She helped with decor, setting up, getting my dress on, helping me use the bathroom, putting my shoes on… anything you could think of!! And the professionalism and kindness was next level! A few days/weeks later, my bridesmaids told me about little fires that April put out that I had no idea about- problems with the DJ, the groomsmen trying to get drunk before walking down the aisle (April stopped them), and our Happily Ever After sign that kept falling. She handled all of this without me even knowing! The best decision I made (besides who to marry) on the day of my wedding was hiring April!! You won’t regret it!!

Can I start off by saying WOW WOW WOW!! Erin and Sara are top of the line. We were so impressed from the day we signed our contract. We met with Erin a few times over the time we planned our wedding. She was organized, energetic, brought the fun, and most importantly knew EXACTLY what she was doing. She made me feel confident through the whole process while still letting me have a big part in the planning. As we got closer to the wedding Sara came on board to assist with all of our final details and they were both there for the big day. Talk about a stress relief. Those who are debating booking a planner DO IT. Hands down the best money we ever spent. The day went smoothly and we even battled through a hurricane. Sara and Erin navigated a rain plan smoothly and somehow still got us outside for some golden hour pics. Sara was with me before I walked down the aisle and did the final dress fluff right before the doors opened up. She did a great job keeping me calm. Erin wrapped up the evening and everything was loaded into my parents car for a seamless night. We can’t thank them both enough for all of their hard work and wedding industry knowledge. Any bride would be lucky to have them on their big day!

Planning a small destination wedding in Key West from Tennessee felt overwhelming, especially with a short timeline and tight budget. But from the moment I found Lynn, everything changed. Within two days, she had secured all our vendors and stayed in constant communication to keep things running smoothly. Then, just when things got stressful—a hurricane hit Florida the day before we were supposed to fly out! Our flight was canceled, and I was panicked. Lynn called me and remained so optimistic!
