As a queer, interracial couple with a super diverse group of friends and family, we were nervous about finding someone who would respect and celebrate us, but Allie was exactly what we needed and more. Allie stepped in two weeks before the wedding and immediately took over all the vendor communication, making sure everything was handled so we could just enjoy the process. She didn’t just manage logistics—she managed everything: family drama (ugh, lifesaver), unexpected changes due to Hurricane Milton, and even the fact that most of our bridal party couldn’t make it. Somehow, she filled in the gaps so seamlessly that we barely noticed anything was missing. What stood out the most was how personal she made the experience. Serenity Events was the perfect wedding planning team for our big day. From the very beginning, Autumn was incredibly efficient, thorough, and upbeat in her communication style. We gave Autumn a run for her money as our wedding venue was Rob parents house that was under construction until a couple days before our wedding day. We had to make changes to our original wedding plans due to excessive rain and hurricane Milton causing flooding, Autumn remained flexible and helped us pull off an absolute miracle. The day our of wedding, the ceremony was supposed to be lake side. Well, its Florida and it rained. So, yet again plans had to be changed. I wanted a certain bouquet that I had seen on pinterest And I didn't think that disney could recreate it. She asked me why wouldn't they? Needless to say, they did and it was perfect. There was an issue where I decided that I wanted a content creator this also saves some money, The content creator that I had chose was not able to fulfill Our arrangement so I panicked Michelle calmed me down and found me another one I made a lot of changes and she was very supportive. She was there on every zoom call that I had to do with the disney to help ease my nerves and to also take notes. After the zoom calls we would review it. She was there any time I needed her. On our wedding day, She kept me and my husband Hydrate it as well as anything that we provided that disney did not provide she set it up. As well, she put our favors together.And she also made sure that me and my husband had Sometime alone before the reception started. She also brought a young lady by the name of Jenny that helped as well. Michelle was a gem and also a Fairy godmother. I don’t even know where to start! We booked Leticia about a month out from our wedding as a day of coordinator. She was easy to communicate with and helped me figure out all the little things that needed to be sorted out before the wedding day, and she also ran the rehearsal the night before the wedding. She has a great arsenal of extras in case you’re missing something day-of like a card box, picture frames, fans for the heat as we got married on the beach, etc. Her assistant ended up in the hospital the day before, but Leticia reassured us that she would be more than fine managing the wedding, especially with our guest count (39 total). And she was right!! She did a great job making sure all the vendors were on track and set up all the little details we had including place cards, card box, decor, etc. Everything was exactly how we had pictured it! She has such great expertise on events and weddings and was able to help make executive decisions about things I never would’ve thought of. She handled everything like a total pro, that I didn’t have to pay attention to anything except enjoying myself (and I’m SUPER type A!). She even got some super cute behind-the-scenes photos and videos during the day. Also, post-wedding I was even hearing from all my friends and family that they loved her. She helped a friend pin the top of their dress after it kept gaping since she had an emergency kit strapped to her at all times, and SO much more! Leticia was such a fun, calming presence and I couldn’t recommend her more!!!!

From our first call with Ricardo, we knew we had to hire him. His attention to details and passion for his work was clear to us throughout the process, Ricardo kept us on track whether deciding on vendors or important significant dates that needed items completed. Ricardo recommended vendors and facilitated zoom meet and greets with them. This helped us decide which vendors worked for us & our budget. During the months leading up to the wedding, Ricardo kept things light and insured we enjoyed the process. We did not feel stressed, as Ricardo assured us things were on track. Ricardo used cloud-based tools to share docs with us, changes and updates were in real time. Ricardo provided us a detailed itinerary for the day of the wedding. We knew exactly what was going on at every part of the day. Ricardo and his team kept everything on track, and everything flowed as planned. We couldn’t have pictured a more perfect ceremony and reception. Ricardo took our vision of what we wanted and brought it to life. Every detail was spot on. Ricardo and his assistant, (Denisse) insured that any need we had was attended to. From bringing us water before the ceremony, making sure we ate, enjoying our wedding cake, and just having fun. They both had great energy and were very professional at the same time, managing to feel like they were part of our family. Kaila is an absolute must-have at your wedding! She was the wedding day-of coordinator for my sister’s wedding in Detroit, and we loved her. When I started planning my wedding in Traverse City and Kaila agreed to join us as my wedding month-of coordinator, I was thrilled. She is amazing to work with! Leading up to the wedding, we met several times to go over all the details of the wedding. She orchestrated all the details and timelines with our vendors in the weeks before the wedding. She brought table numbers, cards boxes, easels, etc so we didn’t need to. She responded to questions quickly and made me (and my mom!) feel so relaxed. She is so kind, thoughtful, and has just the right amount of spunk to make sure the bride and groom get the wedding of their dreams. During my wedding weekend, I didn’t have to think about a thing! Kaila and her assistant handled everything! It made for such a relaxing and enjoyable day, and the wedding was absolutely perfect. I would recommend Kaila to anyone (and two of our friends have hired her for their weddings!)!

My special day was Sept. 24, 2022 and Jamie was amazing from beginning to end, If you are looking for a planner she is it. I knew I needed help with the planning of my wedding but I was not sure exactly how much and at what cost. I explained to Jamie, I am a Travel planner by trade but not at weddings, she was a god sent. She would always give her opinions with the image I was going for. She made the planning process seamless and her vendor recommendations were spot on! Jamie helped me with my entire design and helped make my dream wedding vision a reality. Originally I needed help finding a venue and I knew I would not want to b having to deal with vendors on the day of the wedding however very thing Kacey did went above and beyond. The control she had over the wedding was impressive. I had numerous guests say they have never seen a wedding go so smoothly and I give Kasey credit for that. She is also a very sweet and personable person so every phone call was a great experience as well. I highly recommend her to anyone for any part of the wedding.
