Michelle McKeown Has been there since we started planning this wedding two years ago. She was there to make sure that anything that I dreamed it could happen. Suggestions as well where to save money. I wanted a certain bouquet that I had seen on pinterest And I didn't think that disney could recreate it. She asked me why wouldn't they? Needless to say, they did and it was perfect. There was an issue where I decided that I wanted a content creator this also saves some money, The content creator that I had chose was not able to fulfill Our arrangement so I panicked Michelle calmed me down and found me another one I made a lot of changes and she was very supportive. She was there on every zoom call that I had to do with the disney to help ease my nerves and to also take notes. After the zoom calls we would review it. She was there any time I needed her. On our wedding day, She kept me and my husband Hydrate it as well as anything that we provided that disney did not provide she set it up. As well, she put our favors together.And she also made sure that me and my husband had Sometime alone before the reception started. She also brought a young lady by the name of Jenny that helped as well. Michelle was a gem and also a Fairy godmother. Without her , I know that my wood and wouldn't have ben at ease like it was we had nail issues. Thank you Michelle, Jenny, and Rebecca.

If you want your wedding day to be unforgettable, you need to choose this group of wonderful people! Here me out- when I first had a consultation call with them and heard the price, I was hesitant because we just spent 46.5K on the wedding and we were nervous to spend more. BUT these ladies were angels! You will see that on the video calls, but you will especially see it on the day of the wedding! Oh my goodness! EVERYTHING was perfect and went very smooth! Just remember: something is likely to go wrong on your wedding day. For example, my husband got kicked out of his room the day of the wedding because his parents accidentally paid for 1 instead of 2 nights! My MIL had my husband on speaker phone in front of me while I was having makeup put on already nervous and stressing out. She was complaining after about money and how it’s ridiculous. The team was amazing at deescalating the situation! One person helped my husband move his stuff to my dad’s room while another member got my MIL out of the room by asking if she wants to go see her son. This helped TREMENDOUSLY! There were several things that were forgotten- no problem! They got it for us! My dress was hard to get on- no problem! They helped me in it! They set up ALL the decor for us and even made decisions for us so I didn’t have to worry the day-of! They were absolutely incredible! Noelle was with me for most of the day, and she was truly a fairy godmother like the other review said! She took VERY good care of all of us including the team. Although Michelle wasn’t assigned to be the main coordinator the day of my wedding, she literally visited us multiple times!!! They truly care and want the best for your wedding. These people know Disney super well and work really well with Disney. It was nice to have an outside service that knew my Disney wedding planner, officiant, photographer, videographer, etc! It’s so awesome because honestly, my husband and I made new friends out of this experience with them, and we are forever grateful for that! To everyone at FTWB, THANK YOU for making our wedding absolutely PERFECT! You all are special, talented, super kind, caring, smart, creative people!

It makes me sad to write this review because my intentions are not to put this company down, but it's my due diligence to speak up and warn other brides about Michelle and her company. While Michelle is nice at face-value, she has no idea what she's doing. If you want a friend and someone to feel comfortable around, Michelle is your girl. However, if you need a wedding planner to execute, please for the love of God, look elsewhere. I saw firsthand how terrible she is at her job, and what makes matter worse is the zero accountability. I wish my friend hired someone else for her beautiful day and now she is left with horrible memories because Michelle and her team dropped the ball. Save yourself the money and the heartache.

I found Michelle and her team about 3-4 months before my wedding this past June at Walt Disney World's Grand Floridian and she completely saved my wedding and my budget! Wedding planning can be super stressful and overwhelming and just after my first meeting with her she relieved s SO MUCH of that stress. She had so many amazing ideas to help me stay within my budget and smoothly run my events without compromising my dreams on my big day! I absolutely couldn't recommend her enough! I can't even put into words all the thanks, gratitude, and admiration I have for her and her team! If we ever think about renewing our vows she will be the first one I call! Thank you so so much Michelle and the rest of your team for being my real life fairy godmothers!
