We love working with this venue and the owners. The owners go above and beyond to provide perfect service for weddings and events. They are very easy to work with and all around down to earth people. The venue is beautiful and have some great scenery with the trees all around. Plenty of space to set up any way you like, but more intimate for a bride and groom to enjoy their big day! Highly recommend!

The word my wife and I keep using to describe our wedding day was magical. Dover Hall is one of a kind. It exceeded our every expectation. It is so beautiful and immaculately maintained. The team worked so hard both prior to and on our wedding day to make sure every last detail is perfect. While they have multiple weddings every weekend, they make you feel special and prioritized in every thoughtful decision made. The staff are truly professionals, our guests, families, and ourselves loved interacting with them and they were always so pleasant, helpful, and charismatic. The food was absolutely incredible as well and our guests are still talking about it. From the marketing team to the on-site coordinators to the day of staff, every single person we worked with was friendly, accommodating, professional, and wonderful. Looking back on our wedding day, there isn't a single thing we would change and we can't recommend Dover Hall enough!

We chose Food for Thought, the in-house caterer for Earlyhouse and the food was nothing short of spectacular. The menu options were diverse and perfectly customizable to suit our tastes and dietary needs, making it easy to create a meal that all of our guests loved. I am so happy that we were able to get married at Hanover Tavern, a venue with a lot of historical character that still offered a spacious, indoor location for the reception (and ceremony in case of bad weather). Being a restaurant, the cocktail hour and buffet options were delicious. And as another bonus, the getting-ready room for the bridal party was newly renovated with a make-up bench, big mirror and comfortable seating. However, the main perk of Hanover Tavern is the great staff. Everyone we worked with there was welcoming and effective. We could count on our main venue contact and day-of coordinator Krissy to make quick updates and answer our questions at all points in the process. She went above and beyond, for example by offering to create a seating chart week-of and by bringing us our own plate of hors d'oeuvres post-ceremony. Everyone also worked well with our DJ and photographer to make sure we hit everything on the timeline. They were instrumental in our perfect evening.

We had our ceremony in the courtyard on a Sunday afternoon. There was a storm earlier that day and the staff spent an hour or more clearing the debris from the area before our event. They had a rain plan, but thankfully we didn’t have to use it. The courtyard is beautiful and shady. We had our ceremony facing the fountain and were able to decorate it how we wanted. The entire facility is beautiful and great for pictures. Casey was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. Alexa was our day of contact and she was amazing! The space is not very ADA friendly but Casey made sure that there was a ramp and special parking for our guest that needed it. All of our guests said it was a beautiful space. Several stayed in the hotel for the weekend and really enjoyed it. We got a suite which was beautiful and large enough for the bridal party to get ready in. We had hair and make up come to us for 5 people and had plenty of space. Overall, it was great and the staff was amazing.

After sitting vacant for over 20 years (save a few attempts to open) the building recently underwent an $80 Million renovation, spanning two years of construction to strip it back to the bones and restore it to its original 1920's grandeur.

Absolutely, hands down the best venue. I would have my wedding there again. Maria and her stuff were the easiest of people to work with. Everything from the food and decor, to drinks and table settings; everyone worked to make it the best day ever. Having in house catering is underrated and more people should choose a venue like The John Marshall and Homemade by Suzanne’s. When you have a 2 in 1 great deal like this you don’t have to worry about coordinating things yourself, which is a huge plus when you plan your own wedding!! Both my husband and I are so grateful for everything. It made the day go so smoothly and stress free. The ballrooms being beautiful just make the whole venue come together. 1000% would recommend having your wedding here!!

The Barns at Layz S Ranch

Couples can host a gorgeous outside ceremony on the concrete patio, or opt for a covered pavilion ceremony. The pavilion is open on three sides to bring the beautiful scenery indoors, but the sides and barn-style doors can be closed in the event of inclement weather. Inside the pavilion, lighting is provided by lanterns and chandeliers, and a large hand-crafted fireplace takes spotlight, with rocks from the farm incorporated into its design. The outdoor patio is attached to the pavilion, creating an extra space that can be used for a ceremony, reception area, or dance floor. A second pavilion was completed in 2018 to provide reception space that is separate from the ceremony site, but within close proximity. This pavilion is completely enclosed and offers a gas fireplace as well as lanterns and chandeliers for lighting. As wedding guests arrive, wedding parties can use the bridal suite to get ready.

We absolutely loved this venue. Working w Pam was very easy. The ability to get in the set up the day before was a lifesaver. I would highly recommend this venue. The perfect venue and team through and through! We spent our entire wedding weekend at Seven Springs, having our rehearsal dinner Friday evening in the Carriage House and staying on site throughout the weekend. It was an amazing location that had everything we wanted, and had plenty of space for our bridal party to stay on site as well. The venue goes above and beyond the stately driveway and Manor House – the outdoor ceremony site is immaculately maintained, the courtyard has the perfect blend of enchanting and cozy, and the pavilion provides a wonderful area for a reception. We received so many compliments on our wedding – and to us it was perfect! None of this would have been possible without Tracy and her team. Having Tracy as our day-of coordinator at Seven Springs was one of the best decisions of our entire wedding. She was immensely helpful in planning, providing multiple vendor recommendations and keeping track of decisions as they were made. Not only did she stay organized with layouts, timelines, and vendor communication – she provided a sense of relief for us and our family and friends. There was never a moment that Tracy wasn’t there to solve anything as it came up, and allowed our bridal party and family to enjoy our wedding more as guests than needing to help with anything. We are beyond grateful for all her hard work and the amazing team at Seven Springs! Kim Hayden was amazing to work with. Kim thought of (and remembered) every detail I told her. She was 100% on board with my vision and made it happen. I was able to use my own china which I had collected for my special day. We got married on the 10th Green, had the cocktail hour under the Pavilion and then our reception was in the Ballroom. The Glenmore had a champagne wall for my use, linens, lanterns, bars, and even candle holders. We added some of our own touches, but Glenmore is full service. From the prosecco wall, the the lighted hedge behind our cake, to putting our printed menus in the perfect spot. Our wedding was perfection. The views are phenomenal. The food was delicious - we served buffet style to make sue of my china and the kitchen did it all right. We had plated salads (tomato and mozzarella) then buffet steak, shrimp in grits, gnocchi with vegetables, roasted potatoes and asparagus. Everything was amazing. The Glenmore was so accommodating. They let us add a sparkling rose and rose to our wine choices - which felt so right with our theme. They had a hedge to put behind our cake table, which we added a personalized sign to, flowers and fairy lights. Glenmore let us have a photo booth in the ball room lobby, and we used their gorgeous farm tables to set out framed photos and favors. I had the absolute best time at my wedding. I highly recommend the Glenmore as a venue. It has gorgeous views, super friendly staff, they are diligent and 100% know how to throw a wedding. I have no regrets entrusted them with my special day and I have the absolute best memories. Thank you Kim and Molly!

When we came to visit The Cove at Fawn Lake Country Club the first time in June, we knew immediately that this beautiful new venue was the perfect place for our reception. We were impressed with Jessica’s professionalism, calm demeanor, and attention to detail. From the tasting experience to the coordination and planning prior to the big day, Jessica led us through this stressful process with caring, respect, and understanding, while being the consummate professional. Once the big day arrived and we entered the venue, our jaws literally dropped and brought us to happy tears at how perfectly Jessica set up the reception. It was magical! She coordinated the events of the afternoon and evening with precision, leaving us with no worries and just being able to enjoy our special day. Our guests raved at how wonderful the food was as well as the service. They were also in awe of the incredibly beautiful venue and lakeside setting. We both looked forward to this day all our life, and Jessica delivered our dream Wedding reception. As we said, it was simply a perfect day none of us will ever forget, and we are incredibly grateful to Jessica and The Cove at Fawn Lake!

My entire bridal party and I stayed here my wedding weekend and it was fabulous! The house is so large so no one felt on top of eachother with multiple seating areas and common spaces all beautifully decorated Not to mention my cousin and I got to wake everyone up with our piano playing in the formal living room on the day of our wedding. The property is absolutely gorgeous and I felt like I was in a Nancy Myers movie while staying here. The landscaping is so well done and the massive kitchen was so helpful in feeding everyone while we were getting our hair and makeup done! Not to mention it was so great being able to have my dog there with me!

Any decor items you need are set up by us such as shepherd hooks, easels, signs and much more. We also include lawn games and we have a firepit for use just to add extra ambience. Best part we are across the road from the nearest hotel so guests can walk to our venue AND up to 16 guests can sleep over at Greenock for the whole weekend - so many more happy memories. We had an incredible experience having our wedding at Greenock Manor. We decided a small, 25 person micro-wedding was what we wanted and could afford and Chanel & Jim pulled it off flawlessly and threw everything they had into making sure our day was as magical as possible. From beginning to end Chanel made sure we knew what was happening, kept all our needs and requests in mind and created such a welcoming and beautiful atmosphere during the ceremony & reception. We recommend everyone we know to go here if you’re looking for the perfect wedding! My family kept saying how incredibly impressed they were with Greenock’s beauty and Chanel’s charisma and hostess abilities! Together Chanel and Jim make a dream team, Chanel orchestrated the whole event while Jim officiated and DJ’ed - it wasn’t easy either with a guest list full of non-English speaking family as well! The wedding suite was also the highlight of the night, it was so nice to just finally kick off our shoes in the end without anything to worry about and soak in the jacuzzi to melt our worries away! Chanel’s recommendations for vendors was the best as well, the catering (onsite next door!) was out of this world on top of it all!

We had our wedding at Boxwood Villa on May 4, 2024, and it was completely perfect. Our family from out of town came a few days early to get settled and prepare, and there was plenty of space for us to spread out and also to hang out together. The beds were insanely comfortable and the accommodations were amazing. While we planned to have the ceremony on the front lawn, the rain had other plans and the team jumped into action and was ready to host our 30 guests on the spacious, gorgeous covered porch. The cocktail hour was held on the first level, and the beautiful house made for some incredible photo opportunities. The lawn was the most amazing place for the tent where our reception was held, and it was just as magical as everywhere else. Everyone commented on how perfect the venue was, including my family. I can't wait to visit again in the future to re-live these incredible memories. Thank you, Boxwood Villa!!!

I don’t even know what to say that will convey how absolutely stunning and perfect this venue is. We had our ceremony in the pines, which was a stunning backdrop. The barn is a beautiful combination of elegant and rustic. The bridal suite was so much fun to get ready in with my bridesmaids. As incredible as the venue itself was, Whitney Lipscomb was the part of the Barn at Timber Creek that had the biggest impact on us. As the venue owner, she provided day of coordination services to us. She was SO calming–every time we talked to her, I swear my blood pressure dropped by at least 20 points–a big deal when in the middle of wedding planning. She would listen to what we wanted to do as far as decor, and she would be supportive of our ideas but also make suggestions if she thought something else might work better for our vision. We were slow in booking the farmhouse nearby for the groomsmen to get ready in and missed out, and she helped us find another location for them to get ready. She supported us through issues with some of our other vendors. The day of our wedding, she and her team were incredible. They set up the venue exactly as we had envisioned, and they anticipated needs, found solutions, and answered questions. We have absolutely 0 regrets about this venue, and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for an elegant wedding venue with plenty of nature and kind people.
