We got married September 17th and could not be happier with the services Victoria and her team provided for us. Victoria will become your new bff during the wedding planning process and was always happy to proofread an invitation or help me pick a napkin color. She went well above and beyond my expectations and really provided a stress free year of wedding planning. Victoria coordinated with all my vendors and handled all communication the month of my wedding. This was a huge weight off my shoulders with so many other appointments during that busy time. She provided a website that made our seating chart planning painless and everything off our wedding to-do list was completed (including things I didn’t even think of). The day of our wedding, an overwhelming sigh of relief flooded over me when Victoria walked in with a huge smile on her face, ready to conquer whatever issues arised during the day. She was resolving problems before they even became an issue and before me as the bride even caught wind of what was going on. Victoria, Shannon, and Kyle were such an important part of our big day. They handled all venue and vendor coordination during set up for the wedding and made sure everything was exactly to my liking that we discussed in the weeks leading up to our day. From running to purchase a missing bow tie for the groom to making sure I was holding my bouquet right before walking down the aisle, the Presley Planning team ensured our wedding was going to be perfect. The minute I felt a single drop of rain while taking photos, Shannon had an umbrella over my head, and Kyle always made sure I had a sip of water ready between pictures. Victoria truly thinks of everything. We had a guest feel ill and head home before dinner was served. She had their meals boxed and ran them out to the car as the guests were leaving so that they were still able to enjoy their dinners. At the end of the night, Victoria made sure everything was packed into our car, cleaned up, and sent important items and boxed dinner with my husband and I on the shuttle. Our wedding day was nothing short of magical and I truly have Victoria and her team to thank for such a perfect day. Victoria goes well above and beyond what the venue coordinators and bridal attendants do for you, essentially making sure all moving parts of your wedding day run smoothly. We highly, highly recommend Presley Planning for your wedding coordination.

My husband and I got married on 6/15/2024. I handled majority of our wedding planning, but as an OCD bride, my biggest anxiety was not being able to be hands on for the day of our wedding. We don't have much to say except that Kat and her team were absolute rockstars in helping us prep for and manage our big day! Super communicative throughout the entire process, and they helped us stay on track as we approached the wedding weekend. Kat did a phenomenal job of helping guide us through the details of the schedule and the wedding with compassion and patience. One thing we also really appreciated was how they managed the timeline day of, and kept us apprised of key events as they were coming up (cake cutting, how much time left for dancing, and so on). We would highly, highly recommend Evviva!

I first heard about Abibi Bridal when I was assisting my best friend CakedbyMel assemble a wedding cake in New Hampshire in September 2023. Mind you, I was visiting my best friend in Boston for the weekend because it was her birthday. I live in New York, so I took a flight to Boston to spend time with her. My friend was hired to construct the wedding cake by Abibi Bridal because Abibi Bridal was booked as the wedding planner for the wedding. I was observing how Abbe was working with the vendors and the wedding party, and I was instantly impressed. I walked up to Abbe and told her; I am getting married next year, and I am going to book you to plan my wedding. Abbe said of course! I set up my consultation with Abbe and I booked her for her wedding coordination services immediately. I just knew Abbe and her team would execute. From when I booked Abibi Bridal at the beginning of October 2023, up until the day of the wedding, April 25, 2024, Abbe has been a blessing when it came to planning my wedding. Even though she was booked for wedding coordination, Abbe was so helpful, knowledgeable, patient, kind, and just overall amazing throughout the entire process. She knew exactly what vendors would work great with the vision I had. Abbe knows all the best vendors and has great relationships with so many amazing vendors, that you know the vendors will execute not only because they are dedicated to their craft, because of their relationship with Abbe and Abibi Bridal. Now let’s fast forward to the day before the wedding, Abbe and her team came down from Boston, and from the moment Abbe and her team arrived until the end of the wedding the following day, Abbe and her team were all hands on deck! When I say the level of professionalism Abbe and her team had is unmatched compared to other wedding planning teams I heard about. She was a shield from all the stress, questions, unsolicited advice, and energy that was heading my way. Words honestly cannot describe what Abbe and her team did for my wedding. She made everything so seamless and special. My advice to every upcoming bride is to book a wedding planner or wedding coordination because it will make the wedding planning process go so smoothly. I had a great experience working with Charisa to execute my vision . The check-ins throughout the planning process were always well timed and exactly as thorough as we wanted and needed them to be at each juncture. Charisa was especially helpful in providing us a timeline months before my event to keep me on track with all of the little things that may otherwise have added up and led to last minute stress – instead, all was easy breezy. We cherished the tips given from Charisa because there were plenty of things we never would have thought of, and Charisa was always several steps ahead of us in addressing them and/or flagging any concerns related to our plans. Charisa was our point-person on the day, and I’m not sure she could have done a better job had she spent every moment up to the event planning with us! It was unbelievable to watch her work: From set-up, to coordinating vendors, to orchestrating the flow of the event, to the extra running when she could see that we needed it – the list goes on and on and on. Courtney and her team are amazing!! My family was unsure about me getting a partial planner, but now they are wanting to use Courtney again when my sister gets married! Courtney made my vision come to life when it came to florals and linens, and at the same time was economically friendly and respected my budget! She was so helpful to me and my mom when she was able to explain the trends going on now vs early 90s when my mom was married :) When it came to the day of, my family and I were BLOWN away. I never had to worry about any of my belongings or vendor communication. Her team made sure everything was with me and I never had to connect with my vendors that weekend. They were attentive to me, making sure I was hydrating and eating enough. I had a BUSH FIRE outside my church ceremony and I only noticed the fire trucks were there by glancing outside (no siren while the ceremony was going on to avoid making a scene, thank goodness). Courtney and her team handled it all! The church coordinator was tough to work with and stressed as she just recently started, and Courtney was able to speak for me while also respecting the staff. I don't even want to think about a wedding without Courtney there!!

Cynquetta is a gem to work with! My husband and I found Cynquetta through a bridal expo in Philly after having to fire our previous wedding planner. I truly wish we had found Cynquetta first because she would have certainly been the wedding planner for the entire wedding. From the moment I met her at the expo I knew she would be the right fit. Her booth was beautifully decorated, and she exuded a kind, honest, and professional spirit. Throughout the planning process, Cynquetta was everything I dreamed and imagined a wedding planner to be. She was organized, timely, and great with communication, and she brought the positive energy that a couple needs to navigate the stresses of wedding planning. Regardless of how stressed (or over it) I was throughout the planning, Cynquetta remained calm and supportive for both me and my husband. For the wedding, we had a 10hr long Tobagonian, Barbadian, Nigerian fusion wedding with 2 ceremonies, multiple outfit changes for our entire families (40 people) and the bridal party in addition to the cocktail hour, reception, and photos. When I tell you Cynquetta helped us execute everything PERFECTLY!!!!?? Honestly, the guests said the wedding was like “a movie” or “a production” and I truly believe it worked out this way largely because of Cynquetta. I am a very meticulous person when it comes to planning, and I think Cynquetta was even more meticulous than me lol. Her spreadsheet to organize the details of the wedding covered everything we could think of and some much of what I wouldn’t have realized needed to be planned out. We met weekly, texted regularly, and emailed frequently to get everything in place for the big day. I could go on and on about how Cynquetta will NOT let you down; but I’ll end with the only bit of critique I had for Cynquetta is that she needs to raise her prices!!!! She’s THAT good! I would have paid double (or more) for the quality of her work and the joy that she allowed me and my husband to experience on our wedding day. Thank you so much Cynquetta! (PS, we've also used Cynquetta after the wedding to plan a 60th bday party for my mum!)
