Built in 2015, The Barn at Timber Creek is a family-owned wedding venue located just 1 hour west of Richmond in Farmville, VA. Our venue offers four enchanting indoor and outdoor locations to choose from, giving you greater flexibility in planning your special day: the Barn with cathedral-style ceilings and crystal chandeliers, the covered Terrace for smaller weddings, the Lawn with sweeping, waterfront views, and our most popular location - The Pines! Brides and their bridal party can pamper themselves in our Bridal Cottage, located only a short walk away from The Barn. The White House Weddings venue features a charming 2,000 + sq ft barn, a European style 4,500 sq ft mansion, an intimate indoor chapel, and a Victorian outdoor gazebo nestled on 100 acres of private property, located in the idyllic countryside of Drakes Branch, VA. At the foothills of Shenandoah Valley, this venue offers a picturesque backdrop for your special day. Ideally situated between Blue Ridge Parkway and the Atlantic shores of Virginia, you can celebrate amidst the wonders of nature here.

Longacre boasts over 2 acres of boxwood and garden spaces to create a beautiful outdoor and English Garden wedding scene. We have several locations within the grounds for receptions and ceremonies to accommodate 25 to 150 guests. The Gazebo works as both a great wedding arch with the fountain area perfect for reception gathering of a Tudor house backdrop to your ceremony. Grounds can be rented for the day or the entire weekend, including the entire house and Carriage House for your caterer and wedding ready space. Make your wedding day the most unique and individually designed as you have dreamed. All catering services must be contracted through a third party. We can help you with tent and equipment rentals.

Lovingston Winery is a weekend wedding venue that prioritizes slowing down and enjoying time with those that you love. With all of our packages we include 2 nights at our historic 1906 farmhouse and charming log cabin. These spaces allow for up to 16 guests to stay on property with you throughout the weekend. In addition, there are sweeping views of mountains, vineyards, pastures, and pond that can be viewed from our ceremony sites. When it's time for dinner, you can take a beautiful stroll to our newly constructed Tupelo House. This reception space allows for you to take in the setting sun while enjoying the high end touches like chandeliers, open frame timber, and a massive 8' wide fireplace. There is so much to see that we encourage you to visit us for a tour.

Couples can host a gorgeous outside ceremony on the concrete patio, or opt for a covered pavilion ceremony. The pavilion is open on three sides to bring the beautiful scenery indoors, but the sides and barn-style doors can be closed in the event of inclement weather. Inside the pavilion, lighting is provided by lanterns and chandeliers, and a large hand-crafted fireplace takes spotlight, with rocks from the farm incorporated into its design. The outdoor patio is attached to the pavilion, creating an extra space that can be used for a ceremony, reception area, or dance floor. A second pavilion was completed in 2018 to provide reception space that is separate from the ceremony site, but within close proximity. This pavilion is completely enclosed and offers a gas fireplace as well as lanterns and chandeliers for lighting. As wedding guests arrive, wedding parties can use the bridal suite to get ready.

Under the Oaks Farm is a privately-owned and managed 100-acre event & wedding estate situated in the beautiful VA countryside, offering a personal, intimate and memorable experience and a unique and spectacular wedding locale in a beautiful farm/barn setting. The simple elegance, personalized attention and southern hospitality that we offer is much different from that you expect from larger venues. The home dates back to the turn-of-the-century, with renovations made in 2018, preserving the original architecture and existing furnishings. Famously known as the childhood home of Thomas Jefferson, the 18th-century house and outbuildings provide a fascinating backdrop for outdoor celebrations. The venue at Historic Tuckahoe is the ideal setting for your long-awaited celebration. A pet-friendly venue, Tuckahoe offers many spaces, including a ceremony site and several reception areas. Both sides of the wedding party have access to "get-ready rooms," in the Historic Main House and the Old Stable. Also included a chauffeured golf cart shuttle for guests, grounds lighting, power & water, and restroom facilities for up to 100 guests.
