Perched high above the big intersection of Damen, Milwaukee and North Avenues in an Art Deco masterpiece formerly known as the Northwest Tower—stretching 203-feet tall and the only skyscraper for miles—The Robey captures the storied spirit of Chicago: a bustling, ever-changing, big-shouldered town. Originally designed as an office building in 1929 by the firm of Perkins, Chatten, & Hammond, each of the hotel's rooms, lobby and roof spaces were transformed by Belgian design duo Nicolas Schuybroek Architects and Marc Merckx Interiors. Any dietary restrictions or preferences, from vegan, vegetarian and gluten free, can be accommodated. Additional rental items, such as, dishware, silverware, glassware & linens are all additional options based off of your needs. Full time and part time service staff and bartenders are hospitality professionals. If you do not need full service catering, delivery and set-up options are also available. Bar Avec is an open-air rooftop concept joining One Off Hospitality’s collective of award-winning restaurants and bars. Located on the 8th floor of 640 N Lasalle Drive. Inspired by the leisurely style of dining and imbibing found at casual seaside diners in coastal Spanish towns dotting the Iberian Peninsula, bar avec takes that charm and combines it with sweeping views of Chicago’s magnificent downtown skyline. The Publishing House B&B is an urban loft in the heart of Chicago’s hottest neighborhood, the West Loop. The former Free Methodist Publishing House was built in 1909 and has been reimagined in 2017. The Publishing House is available for bookings for wedding group accommodation and weekends can be reserved up to two years in advance. The house accommodates up to 24 guests in 11 rooms and provides exclusive use of the property and our staff for personalized service and fully customized breakfast options.

This 7,500 square foot lofty gem is nestled in the heart of the West Loop. The architecture is both modern and tasteful, showcasing both Venetian plaster and exposed brick walls, alongside marble slab bars harmonizing texture with elegance. Each of its two floors is impeccably decorated equipped with a full bar. The main floor, located on the third floor of the building, features a commercial-grade kitchen. The top floor features a stunning floor to ceiling retractable glass wall that vanishes to reveal the seamless flow between their indoor cocktail area and their outdoor terrace space.
