Originally built as a livery and then used as a cold-storage warehouse, Millwick has reinvented itself as a unique stand alone, super-loft open to private events, outdoor wedding ceremonies and receptions, exhibitions and productions. It now boasts a flowing 7,000 square foot floor plan (4,500 sq ft interior + 2,500 sq ft garden courtyard) melding both interior and exterior areas. Millwick is an excellent event venue and wedding site for up to 175 people for ceremonies and receptions. Located in downtown Los Angeles in the heart of the Arts District, Millwick is convenient to many of the best new and historic hotels, restaurants and nightlife the city has to offer.

Welcome to The Mitten Building! Originally constructed in 1890 as the Haigh Citrus Packing House, the building later operated as the Mitten Letter Factory from 1940 to 1980. Today, thanks to the current owners’ dedication to preserving its historical charm, the space boasts original brick walls, exposed rafters, and rich wood details. Since 2000, our family has proudly hosted a wide range of events in its versatile spaces, including the multi-level Main Room, the cozy basement Speakeasy Bar, and the Summerbell Room with its enchanting Garden Patio. Seventh Place is an urban warehouse venue available for an array of events, weddings, parties, concerts, film and commercial productions, and large-scale exhibitions. It offers a unique, eclectic charm in the heart of the Arts District in Downtown, Los Angeles. A growing artistic and cultured community surrounds it, just steps away from Little Tokyo, Japanese Village, and Southern California Institute of Architecture. This impressive, seventy-five year old, urban interior space consists of bow truss 14 ft. high ceilings, vintage architecture with exposed brick, large windows, and skylights.

Valentine is our grandest location, and features a flowing 9,000 square-foot site plan designed for private events, courtyard weddings, receptions, exhibitions, productions and live performances. The venue is fully amenitized, and we provide experienced, professional site management, plus a commercial kitchen for client-selected catering teams. Originally built in the 1920’s in an area that has long served as the city’s seafood market east of Downtown, the building has lived many lives in its century of use; it’s been a hotel, a brothel, a fish and oyster company, and a commercial site for everything from glass blowing to marijuana cultivation. This mysterious history subtly informed our re-invention of the space.

Located directly across the street from Valentine & Grass Room and just around the corner from Millwick, Flora Chang is an intimate gathering space for up to 32 guests, plus staff, perfect for small performing arts events, private parties, day of bride/groom suite, rehearsal dinners, photo-shoots and more. It’s also a showroom/gallery for artworks, handmade objects and other far out stuff.

Established in 2020, The Revery is a one of a kind, premium event venue located in Mission Junction (Chinatown’s neighbor) in Los Angeles. The Revery is both an indoor and outdoor space, updated with modern amenities including HVAC, no noise curfew, tons of natural light, and perfect for the modern couple who is looking for a hidden gem.

The Majestic Downtown is unlike any other wedding venue in Los Angeles. The magic is in the history of the arched windows, in the curve of the marble pillars, in the intricacy of the hand-painted ceiling. We are the venue for the couples who notice the details and want something utterly timeless and one-of-a-kind. We recognize that everyone has different visions of their big day, which is why we are one of the few venues that allows you to bring in all of your own vendors. While we have an excellent in-house caterer, their services are an option, not a requirement. Even the crystals that cascade from the chandeliers are removable, so that we may transition from rustic to glamorous in the span of a couple of hours. The complete freedom to make your vision a reality is what makes us unique.

We are a Top floor penthouse in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles. The perfect space for gatherings or to celebrate a special event. There is no other space like this. We have packages for you to be able to customize the ceiling to a theme of your choice. We can split the space into two sections or you can buy the full space out. We have 6 restrooms total onsite as well as 2 prep kitchen areas and a spacious balcony. Minimum hourly depends on day of the week or type of event. We run our space in time slots not hourly We require a security team to insure the event runs smoothly. This is a separate cost and depends on the capacity. We charge a $2500 refundable security deposit via email invoice. This amount is returned within 4-5 business days of the event once everything checks out.

Our dynamic venue offers a variety of spaces for the event of your dreams. Our packages include house staff and inventory to simplify your big day! For weddings as small at 30 or as big at 400, we have the right space for you. The Parish Center was renovated in 2022/23 to give it a modern look while maintaining the historic foundation of our space.

The legendary Alexandria Ballrooms is located on the corner of 5th & Spring Street in the heart of the Historic-Core in downtown Los Angeles. The Alexandria offers three iconic event venues in one spectacular building! The Alexandria is known to have welcomed presidents, dignitaries, and vintage Hollywood royalty since 1906.
