La Mariposa is a historic venue, located in the heart of Old Town Kern, Bakersfield. With stunning arches, authentic wood floors and exposed brick, our space offers a classic setting for any event. In addition, we offer event planning and decorating services! We understand how stressful organizing an event can be. Our event planner makes sure you worry less and can focus more on what's important: enjoying that special day! Event planning services are for in-house events only. Decorations go from centerpieces, candy tables and paper flower backdrops, over balloon arches and draping. No task is too big or too small for our creative team!
