The venue fee is $22,275 for under 599 guests, and $22,800 for 600-1000 guests, and that includes the building rental and support costs, as well as off-site scanning of your vendor vehicles, security for your load in/out and one set of front doors for guest entrance. When hosting at the Mellon, you will need to work with one of our approved vendors to supply all of your event needs (catering, rentals, décor, valet, ect.).

Woodend Sanctuary & Mansion is an elegant wedding venue in Chevy Chase, Maryland. Conveniently located just 9 miles from downtown DC, it resides on a private 40-acre nature sanctuary. Built in 1927, this historic location was designed by the renowned architect John Russell Pope, who also designed the Jefferson Memorial, DAR Constitution Hall, and the National Archives Building.
