Our outdoor ceremonies are truly enchanting with a flagstone aisle leading to a pergola framed by a beautiful waterfront view. Overlooking the confluence of the Occoquan and Potomac Rivers, The Pergola, is an idyllic, open-air stage for your wedding ceremony in front of your closest family and friends.

• A 125-foot flagstone runway affords a picture perfect aisle for the bride’s entrance. • Resin Padded White Chairs for up to 146 guests. • One hour ceremony rehearsal with our Event Directors to ensure your vow exchange is seamless. Rehearsals generally occur 1-3 days before your wedding. • Table and a power source for your sound/audio vendors are provided.

The Bar & Lounge

Stunning Bar & Lounge

The stunning open floor plan in the Bar & Lounge sets the perfect tone for guests to mingle and enjoy dancing during cocktail hour and after dinner.

• Cocktail tables and grey cross back chairs are available for your customized room arrangement. • Built-in bar, an inviting fireplace & chandeliers that mimic natural candlelight. • Framed & mounted TV to display photo or video slideshows during reception. • Balcony terrace with fire pit table overlooks the rolling green space to the south, which provides an extraordinary sunset experience.

The Ballroom

A beautifully adorned ballroom

Natural light shines in through the windows of The Ballroom that overlooks the Occoquan River to provide the perfect view for your reception. Expansive floor-to-ceiling windows allow for natural light to fill the room.

    We could not have asked for a better venue for our special day because the Osprey’s is gorgeous, the staff is top tier, and the value is outstanding! This place is truly a gem and everyone really worked to make everything stress free and easy from the very beginning. Our questions were answered quickly and they worked really well with our planner and other vendors. We also really liked that they had a ton of decor and useful items in their inventory for us to use! Thank you for enabling us to host an incredible day in your beautiful venue!

    The Osprey’s at Belmont Bay is the best venue! From the moment we walked in we loved working with Amy! She was so sweet and helpful and made the wedding planning process so much easier and less stressful. Unfortunately, Amy left while working with her, however Vanessa quickly stepped up and helped us with everything we needed. We loved working with Vanessa. Vanessa was super detail oriented and made sure our day was flawless. We received so many compliments from all our guests on how beautiful our venue and the scenery around it were. I also will admit that I was nervous with the ballroom and dance being split, however it worked perfectly and was not an issue at all. I knew right from the beginning that having a bridal suite where I felt comfortable in was really important. The Osprey’s has the most beautiful bridal suite! My bridal party and I had the best time getting ready in there. My hair and makeup artists said they had never seen such a beautiful space for the bridal and bridal party. I also loved that they had a decor closet! This saved me so much money and made our wedding so beautiful! Book your wedding at the Osprey’s at Belmont Bay, you won’t regret it!

    The Osprey's was an amazing venue to work with and a beautiful place to have our wedding! The waterfront view adds an incredible backdrop during the ceremony. The area has a lot of nature around it too, to add to the day's beauty! The spacious layout of the venue is beautiful and diverse to have a great cocktail and reception! Our day of coordinator, Vanessa, was SO amazing! She was very kind, helpful and provided guidance and collaboration with all the vendors. She worked hard to make sure all the pieces were together before the big day! She made the day of feel seamless and allow us, the couple, to enjoy the day as she took care of everything! The way our wedding turned out was a dream come true! The decorations were so beautiful and every part of the day was detailed, classy and elegant! We are so happy and grateful we decided to choose the Osprey's to have our wedding day!! We give it a 5/5 rating! The venue provides a beautiful, fun, loving and cozy atmosphere for you, your partner and guests to enjoy! :)
