We are located in Bannister, Michigan and were transformed to a barn wedding location in 2011. The owners realized that a rustic and country chic wedding was what they wanted soon after their engagement. Now they hope to bring their vision to others, while maintaining the affordability that allows everyone to enjoy a rustic barn wedding. The Milestone Barn serves the purpose of housing the weddings and other “milestone” events throughout ones life. Our private event space features a fully-staffed bar with eight taps (including one nitro tap), and groups up to 65 seated with an additional space of 45 seats on the patio. It’s located on the second story of our facility and has two walls of windows, east and south-facing, looking out over the city of Grand Rapids. There is also a two-sided patio that will provide additional space during the warmer months. The room is outfitted with three large flat-screen televisions and a retractable projector screen for PowerPoint or video presentations. There will also be a podium with a microphone for any speeches or group announcements. The Centennial Room can be booked in 3-hour minimum blocks. Additional time can be added at a price per-hour charge if available.

Located downtown Hastings The Jefferson was originally built in 1873 and was recently renovated into a beautiful wedding venue. Boasting a newly redone downtown social area, The Jefferson is located in the heart of Hastings. With the main space open with exposed brick walls and wood floors it offers a full bar space along with a full certified kitchen. The Jefferson also has a finished basement available for use of the events and is typically being used as a bridal suite.
