Homesteads Events at Loray Mill is a banquet hall wedding venue located in Gastonia, NC. The open-plan event space provides an old-world, industrial ambiance for your wedding event. Homesteads Events can accommodate a range of celebrations, from an intimate engagement party to a grand wedding soiree. The main event hall offers space for up to 300 guests and features 38-foot-high ceilings and exposed brickwork throughout the entire area. Large windows allow natural light to flood the space, adding a sense of bright airiness to the room. Poured concrete floors, original wooden pillars, and exposed beams lend charm and character to the banquet hall, which can be personalized with your own decor. Also available is a one-bedroom loft apartment with a full kitchen that can be used as your honeymoon suite for your wedding night. Hunter House & Gardens is a beautifully restored Colonial Revival farmhouse. Built in 1913, the home is listed on the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Register of Historic Places. The farmhouse estate sits on over 2+ acres of land, with one acre dedicated for parking, offering gracious settings for all types of events from large to small weddings, corporate gatherings, and bridal showers. With plantings of more than 200 trees since purchasing the property in 2017, the owners are committed to preserving the last remaining 2+ acres of what was once a vast 3,200-acre homesite/farmland. The gardens paint a magical setting located in and around the farmhouse estate. The garden offers the perfect place to hold a wedding or gathering in our 3,200 sq foot tent with a seating capacity of 300; tent sides and dance floor are also available.

We are nestled in Huntersville just outside of Charlotte, NC. We have several rooms to choose from to accommodate all party sizes. Our Magnolia Ballroom seats up to 225 guests and includes a large covered patio with a casual feel. The patio can be used as a Wedding Ceremony space or a gather space for meetings or other events. The Magnolia Commons is an open event space that will fit up to 60 guests. Our on-site caterer, Savory Moments will provide decadent meals for any occasion. The sister-owned company recently celebrated their 10 year anniversary - saying they know everything about exceptional food would be an understatement!
