We began our journey in 2015 with a dusty gravel pit and vision for a new home. The gem was the stunning 30 acre crystal clear lake. After purchasing the property we found ourselves hosting church activities and work functions as people truly loved being here. Slowly we began adding amenities to the property. First a huge rope swing, (that we have since taken down). It was fun watching the kids fly into the water. Then the 110’ water slide kept all the kids smiling as they splashed into the lake. Then in 2020 our daughter was engaged to a great guy. As she began looking for that special place to host her wedding we came to realize that it was right here. We wanted it to be a very special place and we went to work.

If you are looking to get married on the golf course, we have a variety of different options. We have an on-site gazebo for outdoor ceremonies as well as an indoor chapel room for indoor ceremonies. We also feature a bridal suite, with plenty of room for you and your bridesmaids to get ready. Fern Hill is the perfect venue for that special day. RSVP is a dream come true for owner, Nellie Mun, who has always loved hosting gatherings. Her home is always open to family, friends and dinners with clients for her wedding coordinating company, Pleasant Surprise Events. Owning a venue is just an extension of what she already loves doing. In May of 2014, she and her husband rented this cute space to host a graduation party for their son and his friends. She walked into the same space in January of 2017 and struck up a conversation with the store owner who revealed that she would be moving. The seed that was planted then has sprouted into the venue it is today. This little space is the perfect spot for your private event.
