Could not have asked for a more perfect venue!! The outdoor ceremony site was simply stunning. The venue coordinator (Ashlyn) was truly the most kind human and helped with literally everything. She made everything so important for us. The staff were great. They made our wedding a true dream come true and I can’t thank them enough.

Greystone Golf Club was the perfect venue for our wedding! From the very beginning, their communication was exceptional - they always responded to our questions and concerns quickly. The venue itself had a clean, elegant atmosphere that set the tone for our special day. But what really made the experience amazing was the staff. They were so accommodating and went out of their way to ensure everything ran smoothly, from our initial site visits to the day-of coordination. The food was also fantastic - our guests raved about it for weeks after the wedding. Overall, Greystone Golf Club exceeded our expectations in every way and we're so grateful we chose them to host our special day.

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main and side entrances, hearing-impaired fire alarm lights, and trained staff.

Your reservation includes 6 hours from start to finish. Hosts are allowed 2 hours prior to event start time to set up decorations and 1 hour following the event to gather belongings. If we would like to extend beyond 6 hours, we can add an additional hour for $5 per guest.

If the Lessor or Lessee cancels the contracted event, then the Lessor or Lessee, as the case may be will be charged, as liquidated damages and in complete release for all claims related to the cancellation, a percentage of the total contract price ranging from 5-60%. These return amounts are due at the time of cancellation. Deposits are refunded less a 20% bookkeeping fee, if the room is rebooked with another wedding reception of equal value. Deposits are not refunded if the room is not rebooked with another reception. In the event of Covid-19 restrictions preventing the execution of event, cancellation penalty is waived.
