The Majestic Theatre

The Majestic Theatre is the crown jewel of the Majestic Theatre Center.

At 12,000 square feet, The Majestic Theatre is the largest room at The Majestic Theatre Center. Venue features include a hardwood finished stage, full service bar, dedicated entrance with renovated lobby and updated private dressing rooms. With 75 ft. high ceilings and a flexible floor plan, this room was built to impress. Bring in your own decor for a personalized touch or relish in the Theatre’s natural retro charm.

The Majestic Theatre Lobby

The 64 ft. bar will make a big impression on your guest as they arrive at the newly renovated Theatre Lobby from the Woodward Avenue entrance. Recent upgrades, including remodeled bathrooms and custom woodwork, make this the perfect setting for bridal showers, wedding showers, cocktail hours and intimate wedding ceremonies.

The Magic Stick + Alley Deck

Detroit’s favorite dance club cleans up quite nicely for formal events. If you’re looking for an open concept space with attitude, you’ll find it in the Magic Stick. Fully renovated in 2015, this second floor venue comes with exclusive access to Midtown Detroit’s favorite rooftop terrace: The Alley Deck. Features include 3 full service bars, updated bathrooms and a great sound system that will keep the dance floor packed all night.

    It was amazing to see my favorite music venue transformed for our wedding, we loved everything about it. Working with event coordinator Mellisa was a great experience, she was so helpful and thoughtful throughout the whole process. We had rave reviews on the food from our guests, especially the elephant ears for dessert. The chef even made separate dishes for myself and a bridesmaid who are vegetarians. The bar service was also awesome and super friendly. Our guests were very pleased with the variety. The overall flow of the wedding went great, and the team made sure everyone was in their places when needed. We also got to take some pretty awesome photos throughout the venue complex, including the Garden Bowl. The band we hired sounded and looked great with the house lights and sound. I cannot say enough good things, I would do it all over again! It was everything I could have wanted and more. Thank you soooooo much, Majestic Team!!!
